Can you provide a longer video please to show you being killed? You had been downed for a while before the execution occurred.

I'm still struggling to understand, so that video shows you being killed in the gunfight and then your friend executes the chap in the report because of this?

 
I might be misunderstood but I believe executing should be justified in active gunfight, if there weren't active gunfight executing without offering actual role play would be unjustified and against the server rules.

 
I've had a read over and discussed this with other staff members.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

So I'll assume you all engaged in some form of roleplay before this gunfight started, no one has disputed that. 

7.1.3 is in place to avoid random people executing anyone they see on the ground without engaging in rolelplay. In this case bernard has shot and downed you and then finished you off with an execution following that required roleplay before the gunfight. If possible we'd always encourage you to roleplay with someone before execution but in this case you in the middle of a firefight, rp had occurred and thus no rules broken.
