So long story,

In short, I few days ago I took out a sizeable loan with Supreme Leader WhongCheng after a couple of days understandable Whong was worried that his money wasn't going to be returned so understandably hired some men and I'm not sure what the deal is with these men but he hired them to capture myself, me and Whong are good friends and after them telling me they where capturing me in the name of Whong I didn't resist and allowed them to restrain me they took me to Whong where they took my to an ATM to repay a small part of the loan back to which I complied, ( This wasn't power gaming as me and Whong had already agreed that this was okay between us and if I didn't want to pay whong I wouldn't have first been captured and second withdrawn the money ), After Whong had received his money I proceeded to initiates on the people who had captured me as there treatment of me during the time Whong was away wasn't satisfactory as I myself am a bounty hunter and I wouldn't treat people the same way, me attempting to get revenge initiates on berkan and then zipties him and takes his GPS and communications.

berkan's friend then processed to tell me not to turn round as he said this I do, then you can hear at 2:54 in the video coming from the other guys mic "shoot him shoot him shoot him" which is the voice of the guy I restrained and took communications, after the situation was over I asked the gentlemen to come to teamspeak to discus the killing of myself as at the time I saw it as RDM which later was withdrawn when the member of staff looked and the evidence, I then queried berkan on why I can hear his voice coming from his friends mic when I had taken his communications too which at first he said he was on discord and then later changed his story to stating that it was merely an echo from him talking in-game which was disproven when you can see no speech bubble above berkans head meaning he clearly wasn't talking and was talking in discord telling him to shoot me.

Hey Im Whongcheng and I Just wana made clear that Im not forcing longsong to pay me the money back I diddent demand him to pay we both agree to drive to a atm to gife me a small cut of the loan I gife him. If the admin have more questions abouth That part then Im happy to anwser

The problem was and still is, I called you and the guy that killed me to ts, You where very reluctant and then when I explained to you what you had done wrong etc you passed it of as ur friend being new and that ur sorry, but ur a semi experienced player who actively broke the rules, you can’t accidentally tell someone on discord to shoot when ur communications where taken, ur entire attitude towards the hole situation was poor because you thought you had got away with it etc, so I showed the video to my friend who agreed that you must of on purpose broken the rules to get an advantage.

So at the end of the day, you admit you did it, admit you just passed it off as nothing in teamspeak to get on with what you where doing, and therefore gained an advantage and in doing so shut down any chance of RP...... I don't really see why you think that ok, you clearly have a disregard for the rules, but for some reason you keep joining my teamspeak rooms and trying to speak to me and ask me to take the report down while I am trying to attempt to talk to my friends etc?

I myself am not perfect and I have indeed broken the rules before and got punished, but when I broke the rules I made an attempt to fix my mistake instead you lied and passed it off as nothing.

No, We did not resolve it in teamspeak, he played it down and I attempt to convince him otherwise.

Your a liar we did resolve it in TeamSpeak even whong Chong knows we did I don’t understand what your trying to get from this in fact I quote in your own words “I won’t report you this time but if you do anything stupid like this I will have to report you” then we apologised and left

After looking through the evidence provided i can see that @berkan you was restrained and your communications and GPS were taken in this scenario. Then when the initiation went down i can hear quite clearly hear you  through the person initiating mic that you was clearly speaking to them on another platform even though your communications were taken. 

You doing that broke the rule 3.5.1 When your communication devices have been taken from you by another player, you must not use external methods or group chat to communicate with anyone else. Only direct chat is to be used in this case.

Therefor i will be issuing a ban today.
