I was storing stuff in my house when I saw these 2 breaking in to my helicopter so I said oi get off and then got in it. He then said "mate get out or ill shoot you" so I started getting out when I hear him start counting down and then he kills me and takes my mk20 from my helicopter. I later got revived but him RP was absolutely atrocious especially considering it take like 3 seconds to get out of a hellcat anyway

This is unfortunately the only video I have however you can clearly see that he gives me a countdown of 3 seconds which turned out to be more like 2 since he counted so quickly.

@Ziffy in future, please include at least 2 to 3 mins of video leading up to the reported incident. This gives us an indication if any prior initiation or encounter took place to justify the shooting.

Whilst I cannot prove this, (and it would appear you cannot disprove it) the chatlogs indicate initiation may have already taken place and they gave you multiple warnings prior to you getting into the helicopter. I note you didn't dispute this in the chat.

Whilst the countdown is poor, as said, it would seem  the main initiation may have already taken place but It would appear this has been left out of the video. Had this countdown been the main initiation and the video evidence showed this, then yes, this would have been a ban.

As you do not have that part of the encounter, there is not enough evidence to proceed.

I will say this Ziffy.  If you post reports with key parts of the evidence missing, only showing what you want us to see, it will not be bode well.
