I stand before you today to denounce a citizen, Mr. Ben, who is well versed in art of wizardry. A citizen bold enough to use this knowledge in front of a cop.
19.43 Came across 2 Hemtts at the southmost fuel station in Athira. One of them belongs to a wanted man.
19.44 Hemtt refused to stop. Sirens are on. Pursuit has begun
19.48 Second attempted VDM by the second Hemtt. Nobody injured. Chase still on.
19.50 Collision with the accused's hemtt. One of the two occupants got out and killed my CSO, before getting taken down himself.
The accused is rubbered and restrained. I ran around the truck for a quick scan of the area.
When I got back to him, he successfully unrestrained himself.
Apparently, the second Hmtt arrived at the scenes, ran my PCSO over and someone shot him (no charges are being pressed for the PSCO failed to provide me with evidence before the deadline).
The accused made the efforts to bring his gang to the liaison room. Lot of things was said.
Concerning the incident, the accused claims he was unrestrained through no fault of his own.
I was told there is indeed a law of nature which frees people, preventing abuse.
However, I am not convinced that was the case here.
The accused was restrained for less than 20seconds.
The accused seemed angry after he was neutralized.
The accused seemed to go prone.
Anyway, it may be that accused speaks the truth, it may be that this "law" also aimed and discharged the accused's weapon in my direction. But that's not for me to decide.
