I was at the motors when william came up to me calling me an officer saying he was gonna get shot and i was just agreeing like "oh yea youll be fine its ok" then he ran over the person in the video then he ran to the cops and i followed and told the cops he ran people over they tried to talk to him then he ran it took about 4 minutes and 4 officers to get him then when we finally had him another yellow hatchback came in a ran over us all then the screenshot is the guy who ran over all of us he then combat logged after so he couldnt be arrested

@LayLis I cannot even see the players clothes.. I cannot rightfully accept this report with this evidence as I cannot be 100% certain it is the same palyer. Do you have another video / a full video, or a better screenshot?

no but maybe you can ask the police members that were there

 
Without any sufficient evidence to prove it was indeed Bell Cranel I cannot with good conscience accept this report.

If further evidence does come to light then please open a new one, however this report is rejected.
