What best describes this incident ?: Taking advantage of game crash
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on my Police character and attempted to stop Ben in his Jugular which was fine, failed to stop which was fine but then his game crashed (I think), while his game was crashed a load of his friends positioned themselves around where he had crashed and as soon as he loaded back in he jumped into a friends car. My problem is that had he not had a problem with his game then he would've been arrested but as his car jumped into the middle of the road & game crashed his friends had time to position themselves and pick him up etc... when he spawned back in he proceeded to get into his friends car. Before his issues, Police had tasers trained on him, ready to arrest him but then were waiting for him to load back, so in my opinion he basically took advantage of the crash. I don't know his ID before the crash but it can be seen in the video after.
Now to be honest - I don't know if this is a rule break or not, but either way its very poor RP on his part considering his issues (and swiftly taking advantage of them) so will leave it to staff to decide.
Just after this the server had issues, several crashes and a restart so didn't manage to speak to Ben about this.
