We get word a taru and hellcat are leaving the cocaine field and will be heading to the cocaine processor. We fly our hummingbird around 600m from the processor, drop the boys off and run in on foot. Both heli's are spooled up on the ground with the occupants in the processor. Both occupants of the helicopter are told to get their hands up and are told not to get into the helis or the vehicles will be fired upon. I hover above the taru with the hummingbird to monitor the situation and to prevent it from taking off. The taru pilot fly's straight into my stationary hummingbird, luckily disabling it's rotors. The hellcat pilot (BeatZ) begins to take off so his tail rotor is disabled and he begins to spin. The video shows he manoeuvres the hellcat towards the taru before positioning himself directly above it and holding Z to crash into the taru so we're unable to take the taru.

We spoke to the gents on TS about the incident and it was claimed to be an accident and that the pilot was inexperienced but you can see clearly in the last few moment of the video he deliberately steers towards the taru to ensure it's hit, certainly not an accident. I believe the taru owner may have told the hellcat pilot to do this and when asked for a video from their end the only video provided had no sound to go with it so I'm unable to prove this and this the main complaint lies with BeatZ.

I wasn't happy with the reasoning given by these gents and feel they've done wrong and have refused to admit it.

So this situation could have been resolved, prior to this report being written. I and Dom (Taru owner) went to the TCK lobby to talk to the lads involved, we tried to have a conversation with them, and to explain my side of the story. I feel like while we were doing this, they made no real attempt to resolve it, as they had even admitted they had started to write the report before we even joined. They then meet me with hostility and have accused me of being dishonest to them about the situation. I can see there side of the story completely and can understand why they must be aggravated by the situation. However, that does not excuse the way they interrupted me and made fun of the fact I am not a confident pilot. 

Now in regards to the situation itself, as I have said earlier, I am not a very experienced pilot. It was the first time I had ever used the Hellcat for anything, other then the first time I bought it, a day ago.They then began to initiate on me while i was in the helicopter, with the engine on, i would like to be able to see from the point of view, the full initiation. I then began to try to fly up and away, as soon as I did this, I received shots to my back tail. This made the helicopter spin out of control, I was under the impression, which I later found was true, that if this happens, you must hit the 'W' and 'S' buttons to stabilise the helicopter. I was doing this, however sore no effect on it becoming more controllable, I later realised that 'Auto-hover' was on, prior to my landing when I first got to cocaine pro. This is further proof, supporting the fact I am not a confident pilot, as I had to auto hover to land from 150m. Taking all this into account I try to land the helicopter, and as auto-hover is on, it meant that everything I was trying to do, was not working. In the end, I just tried to sort of combat crash. Trying to land in a position I could step out, and still, have cover from the TCK members. You can see in the video, that I do not start to hold Z when over the Taru, but when in a litter further away trying to land. Also, it's not like I nosed dived into the Taru, the end of my tail hit then end of the taru's tail, it was very slight contact. 

As said before, I tried to resolve the situation, however, was met with hostility. I even offered to pay for the drugs they would have robbed from us, however, they refused to take the offer, which is fine. However what I don't accept is the fact I am still getting messages from them, questioning everything about my video. I would like to be left alone please, and not integrated. I received a question about 'if you record on PlaysTV how come you have no watermark'? the simple answer has I disabled it in the options, as shown here. 



Also, I was asked why my video as no audio, and again simple answer is that I recorded for frag montages. It is easier to edit and add music to the background, so you don't hear my voice or my teammates. 


Taking all this into consideration I hope you can see that it was a simple mistake, I have been on this server for a long time now and would hate to be banned for something that was out of my control.

We were not at all hostile, not once was it mentioned I'd started writing this report while I was speaking to you and not once did we mock you for your piloting skills or interrupt you so please don't start with fabricated information, it doesn't look good! You were given the chance to give your side of the story and it didn't add up to anyone who listened in, hence the report.

The video evidence shows you steering towards that taru, instead of holding shift and gaining altitude (surely everyone's instinct when in a flying vehicle?) you instead head towards the taru and once above it you begin to hold Z, as any experienced arma Heli pilot will tell that reduces the torque produced by the main rotor and reduces the rate of spin as can be seen in the video. This allows you to land with much less spin, as is seen as you make contact with that taru. No doubt in my mind that you're holding z as you hit that taru. 

One question for you, if you record with playstv why did you upload the video to youtube considering playstv has a fully integrated upload system? Seems a lot of effort to go through to render a new video for upload to youtube when plays would have done that in a fraction of the time. I'd still like to hear what was said in your teamspeak channels because that would surely clear up any intentions of VDM, a video with comms included would easily sort that!

It wasn't about the drugs necessarily, we would have likely taken the taru for other purposes but there was no re-mediating that roleplay story.

I certainly haven't messaged you regarding this video since placing this report but I cannot speak for anyone else. 

Also to add you were both initiated on multiple times before entering that heli but we're not here to discuss that.

I'm not sure whether you had a second conversation with the people involved however for the initial attempt at resolving, the audio below can prove that we did not interupt you or make fun of you in regards to your piloting skills, neither did we admit/imply that we were already writing the report. We did question the truth of your version of events, however that was about it. If you had another conversation with them where the above did infact happen then just count this statement void.

I did not hear what you were saying when getting into the helicopter. There where multiple helicopter in the area. For me, I could not hear what you said.

 
I asked for advice from these staff members, just tagged them so they could see that the report was up.

But i did watch the video a few times a few days ago so i have an idea of what happens.

Also by the sound in this voice chat http://vocaroo.com/i/s1Pxy7ckcZ90 . You clearly dont know how a heli handles when you fly with no tail roter. As holding shift will not just make the heli go up. Yes you will gain altitude, But you wont just go straight up, but you will also rock forwards and backwards alot more. So if you dont know what you are doing then you going to try and counter it which thus will more than likely make you crash especially when you are in a panic.

Also in this recording you can hear him apologising and saying he did not mean to do it.
