I was with a police officer as we arrived on a scene where 2 cops crashed and died. There were 2 civs at the scene with one of them lockpicking the cop car with an illegal gun on his back and the other standing beside him. The officer told the civ to stop his action and put his hands up. After a short conversation between the 2 in which the civ broke rp in voicechat (he said "what keys do I press") he turned around and sprayed the cop down. I got orders to leave the area and secure myself and I was not able to resolve the situation because I had to talk to an academy member about my application.

Report cancelled sorted the problem out with the mentioned player as I catched him on ts today. He pressed the wrong button so he talked ingame.
