Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and bart are holding 229 turf as other hustlers chase them to there turf, I then see Baz enter 229 turf and i proceed to aim my gun at Baz and tell him to put his hands up.
Baz then decides to NVL and run away.

I did say in OOC that was nvl. Which i was replied to with "1v1 buddy report me"

Hello Jakey, I'm gonna just keep it short and sweet. I had just gotten out of prison and was making my way to turf, where I was obviously confronted by yourself. Now, I complied and put my hands up as I do this you can clearly see in your own POV, you turn away from me. In these split seconds my fight or flight reaction kicks in. Now obviously someone valuing their life is gonna take these crucial and vital seconds to make a run for it no? I was clearly aware you was my only threat and the only one who had a firearm aimed at me, so you dropping your guard from me and me evaluating the situation at hand looking around and scouting I am going to choose to run in that time frame you have provided by looking away. Not only that but there was other 229 members at my turf so I had backup either way. The NVL rule is very situational and in this case I don't believe it has been broken. To close this off I will not be replying further unless staff ask. Thank you.

In my POV you can clearly see there was more than one person on you as you also shot Bart at the end of the clip so saying you know i was the only threat is a lie.

 
I said I wouldn't reply but you've got the better of me, in your POV Bart is there yes but not once is he involved in the situation of you telling me to put my hands up, he was shot by myself after he shot JP so of course I was then finally aware he was also there, once I literally went around the corner. The initial situation it was only you aiming at me Jakey and for the final time I was only aware of Bart when he shot JP, which was after I shot you by the way. If it's easier, you was the ONLY threat I was AWARE of.

Good evening!

After reviewing the footage, ID 486 does get told to put his hands up, to which he complies and does put his hands up, however, he then proceeds to run away while he should not have as he puts himself in a position that his life is at risk.

From your perspective baaz I can see to why you might have thought it would be "okay" to run, however,  you should have waited for a better chance if one was to even come.

in this case, however, I will proceed as following:

Action: 1 Day Ban Following FBS
