I was driving along the high way in my HEMTT Box, I happened to hit a spike trap with took out my 2 front left tyres. This was a spring attack by some rebels. The rebels then proceed to tell me to stay in my truck I follow order as I can hear them very clearly. Bastiaan they proceeds to tell me to exit the truck and put my hands behind my head again the commands are very clear to me at this point. Bastiaan then tells me to hand him the key to the truck I carry out my action to pass him the keys in the heat of the moment I had given him the wrong keys. Which I then explained "I think I have given you the wrong keys." He then knocks my player out my player finally rises from the floor and then was shot clean through the skull.

Then I was speak to Z people in OOC Chat about this they then proceed to tell me that Bastiaan had told me to take off my clothing. This command I did not hear. At this point all commands before hand was clearly said to me this one command resulting in my death was no told to me as far as I am aware. This was not clear what so ever I had shift+p active so background noise was minimum and all players voices I could hear loud and clear. This command telling me to take off my clothes was not heard by me considering all player voice before hand was loud and clear as I have my sound on my PC to max so I could hear players voices in RP situations.

At this moment in time the HEMTT Box had 160 Proceesed Iron around 2,000 worth of Iron, also in the truck was 1 Pick Axe and 1 Empty Can of Fuel. The Truck cost total amount of 275,000 and the total value I would like a refund of is 7,000 is amount is both calculated from the trucks contents and worth.

The only evidence I have is screen shot of my Key Chain and Garage after the event as I disconnect to gather players name whom killed me these screen shots was taken at 23:34 GMT around an hour after the event and they was taken on server 1 not server 2 where the situation took place, at the time of the robbery I did not feel to screen shot or record the game play due to the fact it was going so well until the death of my self, the reason I have no screen shots of my death because at the moment it happened I was not happen and came straight to the website and disconnected to make a complaint about Bastiaan. I am sorry for lack of evidence and you can contact me at any time to talk about any more information

Dear Nimrod,

First of all I would like to appologise for your iron and vehicle loss.

In my defence I would like to say that I don't understand why you reported me? I did not RDM you. I did not even fire a round.
I was at the scene where you got killed, and yes, you got killed by one of my friends. But I do not understand why you reported me.
Anyway, I already explained what happened and what went wrong ingame (Side Chat). 

(If someone wants proof I can make screenshots).

1. You drove through our spikestrip.
2. I yelled to you not to get out your vehicle. You stepped out. (I did not shoot you because you might not have heard it)
3. We (4 people surrounding you with 6.5 and 7.62 rifles aiming at your head) demanded your keys. (You gave the wrong one, so we thought you were stalling, we know now that it was an honest mistake, but at the time we did not, eventually you gave the good keys.)
4. We demanded you to drop your clothing, asked it 4 times, I yelled it at you from 10 meters to your right from the balcony, and my friend from 1 meter away in front of you. (you did not drop it, we gave you at least 30 seconds).
5. There was a big convoy heading towards us. So we paniced a little bit, because you were "stalling" we thought this convoy was with you. We had no information about that (it was a big convoy, about 4 hemmets). So my friend decided to kill you and get out of there.

I wouldn't have killed you because you had your hands in the air and you were partially complying. But I understand why my friend decided to shoot you.

I am aware that it looked a bit dodgy, but we had our reasons to kill you, however I dont think you should have reported me. I was the one that replied to you in sidechat to tell you we were in our right.

I hope I informed you enough.

I think you made a mistake. I was not the guy standing right next to you. I was the guy on the balcony in the building next to the road.
