Please (in detail) describe the incident: I will keep this report short and simple. I went to Clinton fuel to refuel my car and behind me pulls up a bike. I suspect that this person may be Cutlass so I radio it through to the rest of my gang that I suspected a Cutlass member was with me at Clinton. He goes into the store and I follow shortly behind, I first go to the ATM and then swiftly approach him at the till to try and start a conversation with him.

The reason I am reporting for C1.13 is because I feel as though this individual intentionally went afk to avoid any roleplay with myself as conveniently enough shortly after I walk out he pulls his phone out. Myself and multiple other Aztecas enter the store again and I once again try and speak with him. Once he replied I draw my weapon and command him to raise his hands. Instead of complying with multiple weapons pointed at him, he decided to pull a knife and stab me.

To make it clear I am mainly reporting a pretty clear NVL as you can see in my clip. This Cutlass member had multiple weapons pointed out of him and decided to not only intentionally kill himself, but also any RP that could have come from the situation. For this reason I also added on the C1.7.

I don't understand the accusation of intentionally afking as my character decided to ignore your attempts at a conversation which you say yourself in the clip. I do not see how this is a rule break? You decided to leave the shop which bought me enough time to further communicate with the rest of Cutlass as I had previously done. They were on their way as you can see I had already informed them of your whereabouts and they were able to turn up and turn the situation back in our favour after your clip ends.

I had been expecting an escalation as you had when you identified me as a member of Cutlass. The woman showed no aggression and pulled no weapon at any point and you placed yourself in a vulnerable position which allowed me to take a chance. You tried to catch me off-guard and were caught by surprise. The other member of your group walked out of view in that sporadic moment and there was no verbal communication of his escalation. All he said was "Brudda" and issued no commands

.I feel like it's commonly mentioned that all RP immediately ends when someone is downed and I highly disagree. In this scenario, the rest of Cutlass turned up and there was plenty of RP that happened afterward.

It's clear to me that while you attest to "you placed yourself in a vulnerable position which allowed me to take a chance", you didn't even take a split second to recognise the situation you were in. You were clearly outnumbered and at a clear disadvantage. YOU made the decision to not value your own life and pull a knife less than 1 second after you were told to put your hands up. Had you listened clearly and acted upon the demands given to you with multiple weapons aimed at you, who knows the RP that could have happened. For example, if we had put you in zip ties and the rest of your gang pulled up, we could have used you as a bound hostage and threatened your life and had a stand off at the store.

It's clear that you just wanted to get that 2 second "win" regardless of the fact that you were in a situation where you were clearly at the disadvantage. You instantly decided to pull a knife and stab me without assessing the situation. That to me just shows the "win at all costs" mentality.

Whilst you can claim plenty of RP happened after the fact, my point stands that you had shut down any RP that COULD have happened had you valued your life and followed commands. You decided to pull a knife and stab me in order to get the "win".

I would like to highlight what Bowen clearly stated in this infamous report (https://www.roleplay.co.uk/threads/report-a-player-531-gta-rp.419800/#post-2455127):

"The NVL rule should only apply if a person essentially chooses to die, as opposed to letting the other side "win". This may be a situation where it is realistically impossible for one to survive, e.g. surrounded by 10 people with guns, or where they choose death purely to "screw over" the opposing side."

This is what I believe you have done. You knew full well that stabbing me would cause your death as you had multiple weapons pointed at you. There's no way you would have left alive after stabbing me. I feel as though the reason you did what you did was to "screw us over" in essence even if it meant you being incapacitated.

I would like to ask why your clip is so short? Do you by chance have the whole situation clipped from when you pulled up at the gas station? I feel as though you may have cut the clip extremely short (17 seconds) intentionally in order to miss out vital context that supports my claims.

First off thank you for taking the time to make a player report @Molotov

So I've had some time to have some conversations with other staff and understood the issues between Aztecas and Cutlass around this time. From what I've gathered both sides seem to take hostages and kill each other off leaving no chance of survival. Now in this case you can see that indeed you we're alone in the shop with @Barry C You do even notice that Barry uses his phone. We can take an educated guess that he told someone what was going on and tried to stall based on the kidnappings both sides had been doing during the time.

Moving in the clip there are three people in the shop. One behind "Weaponless" Just shopping from the looks or going to take money out to buy some cereal. Then you have yourself up close and personal and another at a distance holding a gun. In turn you we're stabbed "Silly being so close imo" to allow such a chance to be seen.

Barry was then shot in the gas station to where the video ends. I'd of been curious what the RP if any was given after the fact on the way to grapeseed, It will be one of them times we will simply never know.

I see you have also quoted another report due to Bowens response on NVL and you even miss out part of what was said. Little disappointed that words are being cherry picked and I will post it clearly here, Taking a chance isn't NVL.

In this situation it was a 1v1 as you decided to get close and in turn got stabbed. Did Barry get shot yes, Did any quality RP happen prior or after? I can say no that it didn't prior and no idea after. This is one of them situations where you got caught with your pants down and in turn the situation didn't go your way and in turn by the looks just made a report.

This isn't NVL in any aspect as going through the motions, You tried to talk to Barry and he ignored you. Should he have walked away? Maybe, But we need to take into account how people play their characters as well in situations.

The video you provided was long enough to determine no rules was broken, Barry's video did help show where the third person was and walking around shopping doesn't mean someone didn't comply ect. That third person in all honesty didn't add nor take away from the claims made here.

I do hope overall if you did read Bowens response fully on why the NVL rule was put in place and why it isn't a breach of the rule in this report.
