Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Kane Garcia were responding to an incident at Grove where we were told that Vagos was on top of mega mall and surrounding Grove street, possibly kidnapped some of them. We went to investigate the roof where Mr DOUGLAS was on, and we spotted him lying down by the south side of the mall. When we tried to confront him and conduct a stop and search Mr DOUGLAS seemed to have logged off.
It was confirmed in a staff ticket that Mr DOUGLAS didn't disconnect due to internet issues and was in fact him logging off manually.

Approximately 20 minutes later, Mr DOUGLAS was seen in one video jumping off the roof after the situation and jumping straight into a car, in my opinion had a firearm on him at the time and wanted to preserve it. Evidence for this can be found below.

After all this happened, I got a dispatch from L1-3 at the time saying that Barry Douglas was found and due to him having an active warrant we confirmed it was him on Mega Mall at the time and said his 'head popped'. Evidence can be found below.
