Doing a weed run, as i came around the corner the man was driving on the left side of the road (The correct one) then when he sore me he swerved into me blowing us both up meaning i lost 700k worth of goods

I think I recall this happening, however the vehicles all have the steering wheel on the left side, therefore you must drive on the right lane. I was doing so, and I slowed down a little hoping you'd turn to the right lane of your perspective and avoid this head-on collision, but you didn't, therefore a miss-understanding has led to us both being involved in a crash.

Your video evidence is insufficient, if I am completely in the wrong through only word vs word discussion, I am willing to waste my cash and compensate you, however to look at it through the eyes of the law, you drive on the right side despite it being a UK Island, therefore I was not at fault my friend.

To clear this up, despite being a UK server, the rule of thumb is you drive the way the signs face you, ergo you drive in the right hand lane (Though some factions may disagree). That's a discussion of semantics however and not infact a rule, though the crash is evident, from the players involved dying and the resulting explosion. The video does not support your story other than the words uttered by yourself, in what I assume to be your friends video? It is impossible to discern whether the actions of Banjo Jo are as deliberate as they are made out to be from the footage available.

Due to insufficient evidence of the crash itself and how the vehicles collided, who was in the wrong lane, and swerving that may have occurred as a result of avoiding a collision, this report will be rejected on the basis of lack of evidence. If further evidence makes itself apparent, please feel free to submit a further report.
