We decided to pull over a HEMTT that we had been tracking through kavala which stopped in green zone but hadn't engaged with yet. I get out car to spike strip the vehicle and Mr Xiao corrals him into my strip nicely, we give him compliance etc and start to try to rob him when we take shots. We ask him clearly who is shooting, is it his friend and he says he doesn't have any friends. We continue to chat to Donald T and then i get shot in the back and later past the end of the video, Mr Xiao does also. We hear nothing from Bambi.

Obviously this would normally be fine as we were robbing a gang member of Donald T, and defense through transfer of malice would stand just fine... however, he clearly stated he doesn't have any friends twice and so effectively relinquishes his right in RP to allow the BAmbi to engage us without personal initiation. Him therefore shooting at us is just the same as shooting a random person and therefore RDM i believe.

I have included Donald T in the players to report as he intentionally lied to gain an upper hand for his party in a situation where truthfulness is very important to the integrity and fair flow of the RP.

We tried to resolve, he refused to come to TS.

No idé why I'm even included in this, and you left out the 5 minutes leading up to this where you FIRED at one of us, how does this RP thing work? We cant shoot first only you guys? Or the one that has recording software?

Too bad we don't have computers good enough to record (And sad that we actually gotta have a recording software running to enjoy fair play).

Firstly, i explained why i included you.

I requested Bambi to visit TS very shortly after i died, multiple times in side chat whilst he was still online unless he left as soon as he killed me(?), he didn't respond. You did however respond and were defending him so i asked you to come on TS, you refused. 

The previous encounter was a long time before this one, so not really probative, however you brought it up so i will indulge you with what i can remember...

We did engage yourself and another person (name unknown) in an offroad by spike stripping you. We spiked stripped you to stop you from running into the police station which you did twice. We were then interrupted by police, we ran from the police and left. We then bumped into you later on and gave you fresh compliance to stop, where you proceeded to run away from us. Mr Wong fired 4 shots at you (missed) and you retreated to the police station blue zone (6.5) . We observed you from distance leaving the blue zone and moving to kavala market area where we caught up and saw you get out the car you were in on the zebra crossing (Bambi not around at this point). I believe Mr Xiao tried to //message you to tell you you cant retreat to green zones. We fell back about 75m and watched you get in the HEMTT which was parked near market and marula bronze. This is when we flank to try to follow you stealthily and the video starts a few seconds later. [there is still a further 40 seconds before we even spike your truck].

So my point is that we had engaged you, but we had no RP contact with you, and you passed into two green zones, during the extended period of time (easily 5 mins) after you ran from us to the police, to the start of the incident this thread is about. We therefore treated it completely as a new encounter in RP, naturally.

Finally, you dont need recording software to play fairly, its a bit of an insult that you think that is the case. We would also not have to be typing this right now if you had just chatted to us on team speak. Bar one significant exception, I have never reported someone who i have talked to on team speak regardless of if they thought they were right or wrong. Its about discussing it and learning from it.

Not gonna let you lie, never ever did you ask me to join you on team speak. I am not denying what he shot you or anything, but I am also not a part of this RDM so leave me alone. Also your friend did RDM me right after Bambi killed one of you. 2 wrongs make a right? Think you're behaving a bit hypocritical to be honest!

Mr Xiao didn't RDM you, he killed you.  He shot you by accident in the crossfire, we could have sorted that out on TS if you wanted comp for it.

@Monkey D. Luffy No ban will be on yourself... however, I seriously urge you to improve your roleplay... as you stating that you have no friends is now classing this as RDM. Very poor from yourself - Take this as a serious warning.
