Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi there, so to start off this report there is a long going beef with the ballas and the chippieones, not a war just beef. No war rules were set and both gang leaders have not spoken to declare a war. This started as a member of the chippieones had some drama with ballas leader and he owed a gun which we never give to him, they then demanded 1 mill and again we did not give it to him.
Today while flying around i took a few stops around ballas turf to check out what was going on, vito had fallen out of the heli prior to this and they had taken him to their turf so i was flying around to see where he was, and there you have it he was sitting in their turf in plain site. I did a few laps and then got chased by a heli (one of theirs i believe) nothing was said as they never got close enough and i then lost them after a short while. I took my last pass down through their turf without even speaking to them or exchanging any words or even initiation. I got shot out of the sky, to my understanding this is RDM as there is no war ongoing just some gang beef, as well as this they hadn't even said a word to me.
I was unable to get the player's id as I was shot from the heli, Aswell as this vito and i were not in a call so he was not able to get it either as the guy was on a roof. Thanks for taking the time to read this report!
