What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Myself as a part of NSC is in a known fight with Aztecs which has been going on the past 3-4 days now. NSC has been under a lot of pressure dealing not only with a gang but also with police.

On the 21/11/2024 at 21:00 + we was dealing with an ongoing situation with police.

Upon driving around near Aztec turf. I had noticed 2 blacked out vehicles circling the Aztec turf. With this in mind i drove towards the ammunition store where i had a collision with blacked out vehicle that drove straight into me. Confused about who this could be, i move a little forward to ask if they was okay and within a second this person shouted saying "Who's this". The second car pulling up saying "mazza mazza" (can't understand the rest of what he said). Due to the high hostile action I was getting. I then tried drive away which resulted in these two cars shooting at me. Which they downed me. After this, I was placed in a vehicle and driven around. Then stopped to remove my radio and phone and again put into the boot of a vehicle. During this in the back of there car, bleeding out and received no medical treatment. I was then dragged out and found myself before a dodgy doctor. Due to no getting any RP or even medical RP. I made the decision to give up and respawn.

I made many attempts to ask those involved in shooting me to come to QE which they made no attempts to come or even tell me they was coming. The only response i saw from aztecs was "NSC your at war is KOS".

This is an on going FIGHT/Beef not WAR between the to gangs which KOS isn't allowed. I would expect better from a whitelisted gang to know the difference between a Fight/Beef from a WAR. Knowing that you would have to contact staff and the leader of the other gang to set WAR terms. Which this has not even happened. Even with that said. The failed RP I received after I was shot and placed in the back of a car, no medical treatment given and taken straight to a dodgy doctor.

Every time we have encountered Aztecs. We have always tried to provided High RP to make it fun and interesting for everyone involved.

I'm really disappointed with the provided RP

Hello mate,

As you have stated in the first line this is a "known" beef between Aztecas and NSC and you are a member of NSC so in the general storyline of roleplay this was not random. I can only presume that NSC was set up on our turf again following the ongoing tweedle posts by NSC. As you can hear in your clip provided, a female voice asks if you're okay around 3 seconds of me pulling my car in front of you and without you calling it in on radio I can only guess she can see you from one of our roofs, right? So moving forward from this firstly I believe desync is the reason for why I crashed straight into you, as you can see from your POV once the collision occurs my car moves to where it actually was on my screen.

With that aside I will address the actual RDM claim now. It looks like you have poorly positioned yourself, gotten comfortable on the Azteca's turf (first mistake) and been ambushed by 2 Azteca's to which we cut straight to the chase and asked "who's this?" very clearly. You decided to decline our efforts to roleplay and did not exchange any words then begin to reverse once seeing an Azteca mask in one of the cars (second mistake). I'm assuming what you was hoping was that you could lead us back to being in range of the roofs that the rest of your members were on which is why I have made it clear earlier that NSC were set up on Azteca turf because it's important to the reasoning behind shooting. Not only this but we had shot and killed 1 of your members in Paleto not even 30 minutes before to which he declined to talk to us and jumped out of his car with his gun drawn. There's a lot of context leading up to this situation which you have seemed to leave out from your report.

You have stated that because of the "hostility" which I'm guessing you are meaning the tone of my voice you have decided to reverse, I think that if you are going to avoid answering a question and try to escape because of the tone of someone's voice you should think about this before engaging in the criminal side of roleplay which the majority of it is hostile by nature whether that is gang related or police related. You have also said that "KOS" isn't allowed, we know. I'm guessing you didn't take into consideration the part where we asked who you was and the part where you stay mute and try to drive off to lure us into your trap. I'm unsure where the "KOS" you are referring to is.

You have then said that every time you have encountered Azteca's you always try to provide high quality RP so I decided to ask my members what their experience has been like over the past few days with NSC. One member said that he was dodgied, full inventory wiped and then killed once again after dropping all of his stuff. Not quite sure what the need is for this other than trying to make it not enjoyable. A couple of other members has also said that after being dodgied they was left to walk in zipties from Sandy, which again looks like you are trying to make it not enjoyable contrary to what you have said.

As for the OOC message you referenced, we have no knowledge of who wrote that. I do also want to mention about your screenshots of the OOC chat which you have left out the responses after your first message, 3 Azteca's messaged in OOC and said wait until the situation was finished before going to QE. I would then like to point to your OOC message after all of this which is here. If we was to do anything with this request we would be engaging in a form of metagaming which is using OOC information to influence the course of roleplay.

I am not sure if u are aware that KOS doesn't mean u can give zero roleplay once someone has been downed. Because that is what you did to me. Also i like to mention again, we are not at war, we never agrees to war terms aka KOS.I don't know what led u to that assumption since we never did anything like that ourselves. This is RDM due to the fact that @694 stated in OOC saying "NSC you're at war, it's KOS". Clearly you only intention is to log on, shoot and this really shows it. There hasn't even been talks about war terms, it's literally just the same old Azteca RP, pushing for fights over petty things because your bored without any creation of a RP storyline that leads into a fight and then WAR.



You also said that u can hear in the clip a female voice asked if i am alright, which led you to assume nsc is set up close by. Okay, but how did u know that in game in that moment of time? There was no way you heard this through my radio, as i wasn't talking in that moment. So that point has no value in my opinion for that situation.

I am also confused on how is killing someone after they got dodgied automatically not roleplaying? We gave him full medical treatment and had a full conversation. Also we would have let him live if he had not been so mouthy while we tried to have a normal conversation.

You shot me, put me in a car, got me out the car to take my phone and radio, brought me dodgy, no medical or RP. After i was shot u didn't talk to me at all, so i don't understand how u can compare or complain about our provides roleplay.

Just because a situation is not enjoyable for you does NOT mean it isn't roleplayed properly.

I am not sure what treatment you expected when you starting the beef. U complain when we kill you and u complain when we let you life ziptied. There is no rulebreak in that and it is nothing knew to be seen. For me the situation was unenjoyable because we didn't even exchange a full sentence until my character passed away.

Regarding to you saying that people reached out. I was waiting in QE for people to join and nobody contact me in OOC asking to wait or would be joining shortly. So i gave plenty of time for anyone to come into QE to talk. Even if they was in a RP situation. They could of joined and said something and asked if i could.
