Ballas logged on and planned for a push against Azteca's at 10PM to see who was about, because we didn't get to fight. We went to their turf and after circling their block, checking their turf and surrounding areas for them, we were sure that if they were awake, they weren't there. Around 10:15PM, we found one of their hang arounds pulling his car out from the church parking who stated he had just woken up. We took him hostage, robbed and killed him. Ballas returned the guns to the Ballas club house, then went to go back up to their block to see if we could find any more of them - what we returned to was all of them set up, ready for us to push again on roof tops and surrounding areas, where they were not before. We were at the block at 10:19 and for them to be ready to fight and set up on roofs 4 minutes after we grabbed one of them is suspicious, as within character they would not of known anything that happened to Larry as he was dumped and still at a downed state, and that's were I believe metagaming has taken place, being told OOC that Ballas had robbed and killed one of them and then to log on at roofs ready to fight all within 5 minutes. Another point to be made is seen in the next video, were me and Sean run across out in the open and ragdoll and there seems to be no one on cathedral and then all of a sudden we get shot from said building were multiple have just woken up.

Considering the large amount of people, who you have reported, we'll leave this open for them to reply a bit longer than usual. However, do you have any evidence, which shows the potential hop on accusations?
The evidence provided doesn't show any sufficient to come to said accusation. You've provided a clip of you being shot from a odd angle, and where you can see people on multiple roofs. Additionally, you've provided footage of you at a dodgy doctor, showing a large amount of Aztecas, along with screenshots of even more aztecas.

Evidence has been streamed to staff to avoid potential metagaming. I'm sure our login times in logs will align with the evidence provided.

Can I also ask why a discord stream was started at 1:05 in the Youtube clip approximately 10 seconds after Jeff Longshaw is downed?

The discord stream has nothing to do with Jeff being downed, I was in a discord with a few mates(non of which play the server), Nothing more than a coincidence.

Considering no further evidence have been provided, either via direct message, or via PM, I'll go ahead and decline this report for the following reasons:

The evidence provided by @d1xtr0_ttvisn't sufficient enough to determine whether or not it's hop on squad, or more commonly known as metagaming. This evidence is also in direct conflict with evidence provided by the reported party, which shows no hop on had happened. 
They had made an announcement prior to the push at the new Aztecas turf, which had a direct impact on when people connected. When I looked at their connection log, they all connected at the time given in their private Discord, which therefore indicates no hop on squad. 

Therefore I'll be declining this report.
