Please (in detail) describe the incident: It has come to my understanding that there is a growing concern of exploiting that i believe has occurred in an on going situation. I have 2 clips which i feel should be addressed in this report regarding exploiting physical in game barriers such as a wooden fences and roofs. It is clear that both events occurring in this video portray exploitation to gain an advantage and bypass intended roleplay to carry someone over a barrier that quickly and to '' ghost peek'' where the opposition are unable to see you and shoot through a physical roof. In regards to both events happening in the same situation in rp i do feel there is no regards to the rules put in to the server to prevent exploiting to gain an advantage. Its quite self explanatory as to why i have have put up this report and want staff to address this exploitation.

I am one of the people being reported for “exploiting”. 

Sadly you didn’t try and reach out to me Chino Dex and I could have gave you my POV. So in the clip you can see me lifting Bandz over a gate. There is no other way out to save Bandz life so for me I am going to get him out of there. In the clip you can sort of hear Bandz but it’s not clear. I roleplay with him that I grab his hand and pull him up and we are both doing that in game. Maybe I could have done something different by doing /me’s so that you could see or for logs but I grab him and pull him over. Unfortunately as I didn’t see this as a problem I have no clips. 

The way I see it is, the garden has walls all the way around it and a gate at the front, I had no way of getting out of there without pulling him over that gate. Of course I am going to want to get my gang member out of there, leaving him would be weird? I can put my hand on my heart and tell you that it was roleplayed fully as I would never do anything like that without making it make sense.

I looked around that garden and I did not see that exit, I am not familiar to this area even though I was in Ballas for a short time I still couldn’t tell you what is what or what buildings are called in the surrounding area. I also wouldn’t have even thought that was a route to take, the gardens can be misleading and I knew there was still a Balla/Ballas that were still up and about and I was trying to get Bandz and myself out quickly to safety. I promise I thought it was an enclosed space. I seen walls and gates and was even saying to Bandz that there was no exit and I would have to grab him and pull him over. Obviously if I knew there was an exit I would have used it as it would have been easier also. I never spammed a bind either, I said to him to grab my hand once I leap up and I asked to carry him once. For me he got on my shoulders as I got to the top but for you it seems it was when I got to the other side, again it’s unfortunate I don’t have my POV and neither does Bandz.

Hello there, I'm Abdul. I'm the person in the third clip.

It's a 4 second clip taken from a fight that lasted a long time. Me and a few others were constantly peeking at those roofs trying to get angles. The clip you have shown is a clip where I am slightly below the roof top. If you had called me to discord, I would have been able to give more context. That was one shot in a long situation, in which a lot of us were constantly peeking at roofs, so it's not unreasonable for things like that to happen. I had just reloaded and took a random shot, not thinking much about it. Me and a few of us on that roof were constantly moving left, right, up and down to get different angles and viewpoints. To add to this, one of us also went down on that roof, so it shows that we were moving around and getting shot back at, so to only show this clip and assume it's all that happened in the rooftop fight is very misleading. In the heat of the moment, I thought I was visible and peaking clearly. I was trying to bob and weave and take quick shots to avoid myself being exposed.

I'd also like to point out that I posted this clip in a public discord. I think this at least shows some credibility that I wasn't fully aware of what I did until it had been raised to me. If I was purposely abusing this, then why would I be so stupid to incriminate myself? This has happened before and Staff have revoked a ban and even pointed out that it’s a GTA issue. What you have shown is a very small snippet of a much longer situation in which there had been a lot going on and assumed that I have been exploiting when this is not the case. Had you spoken to us outside of the fight afterwards this would have been resolved a lot easier. I'm more than willing to cooperate and answer any questions you might have for me.

At the end of the day GTA can be weird at times and peeking has always been buggy, something that unfortunately happens to both sides and is largely unavoidable. These instances are fairly common in large-scale fights and happen to both sides. If we are to nitpick each and every shot and angle people use within 4 second clips, then we will find Ballas to be guilty of the same thing multiple times. In your own videos that you are very proud of and have showcased to the community, you guys are guilty of the exact same thing multiple times. Just like to point out, we acknowledge this is a GTA issue, however, you are trying to report myself for this while having done this multiple times yourself and probably still do it. It is only fair that you also acknowledge that your own members have done it.

To clarify these are the most egregious examples of what you have accused me of doing, yet there are many more examples in these videos where it is borderline. Why is it that when you do it in these videos, it is okay to publicly publish and show off but when you see a 4 second clip of someone you are in a conflict with and have it done against you accidentally it becomes an issue and warrants a report?

Hello 

The so called examples that you have put forwards are not a representation of what Ghost peeking is , you are genuinely not seen behind that wall by the oppositions, the stance the positioning clearly shows that you knew you had an advantage shooting through that roof . where as in the examples that you shown when they peek they are seen and able to be shot.
Now i am not here to argue but even if something is an in game mechanic the question of exploiting and abusing to gain an advantage should be addressed. Speed boosting is a in game mechanic but doing it makes it exploiting.

Hello Dex, I just wanna start by saying that I was under the impression that carrying a body over any sort of wall/fence was fine as long as it was role-played out as throughout my 2 years I've always experienced police do this to me via the escort keybind. My downed gang member was also able to help me help him as they aren't dead or unconscious just downed, had myself and Hayley both been on the other side of the wall and carry'd through the wall then yes this would've 100% been exploiting. I don't believe it's totally unrealistic or exploiting if I'm saying to my gang member I'm going to throw you on top of the fence and grab you from the other side.

Good Afternoon @Chino Dex. Thanks for making this player report.

I see you have reported @Rachiiee@Matthew Labileand @coxxy2ndaccand some other "unknown aztecas" for C2.2.

After discussion with multiple staff and devs a conclusion was reached upon the decision of this report and I will explain below

Lets begin with the carrying bodies over a fence. It seems as if the player is carrying a downed body up to a fence, dropping them and requesting carry again whilst jumping over the fence in order to get a body that was believed to be otherwise inaccessible to safety. In certain areas on the map (such as grove street gardens for example, the only way to retrieve a body and get it to safety would be to do so like this). At this moment in time there is no in game mechanic that allows for you to "help" someone over a fence. Now had they have loaded the bodies straight into a vehicle through the fence, then this would have been straight exploiting. As long as it is roleplayed correctly there is no issue with moving bodies over a fence like this example, just because someone is down doesn’t mean they are dead or unconscious they might still be able to move/help lift themselves a bit if it was irl. HOWEVER with that being said I want to point out moving bodies like this when there is a better way to move them (such as a clear path as in the video shown) is not the kind of standards we want to set. In future if there is a route you can take without doing this, take it. Things like this could fall under C1.7 - Common Sense. Take this as a warning.

Onto the video of @coxxy2ndaccshooting through the roof, as in the report linked above this is a fivem issue, however this is an unfair advantage and now that you are aware of this if you take deliberate action to place yourself in this or a similar situation again it will lead to a ban. This is a stern warning.

With that being said this report will be declined.
