Me and my gang entered the Rebel Outpost, and we were greeted by Axolotl, who said that going in is dangerous, as heavily armed bandits are inside. It proved to be false, but as we entered the facility, a Huron started flying by, making speaking/hearing extremely difficult. Axolotl, seeing that we didn't listen came inside and started talking some unintelligible gibberish. We tried to let him know, that we can't hear him, and his threats have fallen on deaf ears, but he reacted by killing me. To make things worse, my friend told him that we will leave without hesitation, but he chose to kill me anyway. I did not have a gun, therefore it was definately not self defence. I believe this is RDM as no roleplaying aspects were covered. We tried to get him to come to teamspeak, but he ignored us.

As you can see in the video I asked you multiple times to get out. There were actually 3 armed rebels on the top of the building, so I didn't want a bunch of other people regearing behind me. You choose to stay even after I fired a warning shot and as a result got shot.
If needed I will provide an even longer video that clearly has me giving more than enough time to comply, but quite frankly I don't think it's even needed. You didn't try to resolve it with me at all, I've been on Teamspeak all day. And after you died you came back therefore breaking NLR.

@Loll_Tatt232You're unable to hear the person talking, due to the heli that is flying around. Just for future reference: Shift + P gives you earplugs.

However I can clearly hear that Axolotl is saying that you need to leave the tower. She said that multiple times. This is no RDM. 

Denied.
