We kidnapped two people that were on the road from athira to airport. We took them to a shack far away and were planning to play a long game with would you rather with them. When one of the hostages asked us to make it quick as he had to go, we decided to do so. We gave one of them (SJYNL) the choice to either have his friend shot or that they both died. He decided he wanted to live and told us to shoot his friend. After we role played and talked a bit and were about to let SJNYL go as promised, he decided to initiate on us for his friend, which is fail rp. We had already taken his communications and GPS as you can see in the beginning video but he still initiated on us for his friends that were in the area and later killed all of us. As their communications and GPS’s were taken there is no way Kieran (which was their sniper) could find him and communicate with him. Also when i asked him in game how he could speak with his friends when we had taken the communications and GPS, and he said his friends could lip read, which is powergaming. They refused to resolve it in ts, therefore we decided take it here. In the beginning of the video you can see us taking their radios and gps’s, and 10:17 is the spot where we got initiated on. As a final thing to add he didn’t threaten our lives when he initiated, which means the sniper can not open fire. Sindre G and Alex J were both involved in th esituation, on my side.

pretty sure u went to support and got turned down and I wasn't in the roleplay situation inside of the building therefor why am I filed inside of this report it was ping jung I was just the shooter via the inishiation and it wasn't fail ropleplay on my behalf

We went to support, we gave the video to SPC Stuart which is staff team 1, so he could confirm that what you did here is rule breaking, and he did. You spoke to SKYNL even though you knew we had taken his communications. Then you are involved in the rule breaking. Just because you werent involved in the role play situation you still fired shots at us when your gang member initiated for you with coms taken. There must have been some way you could have told him to initiate on us, but he had no coms, and you were aware of that. The only possible reason you could have had to shoot us was when we executed your friend at the begginning, but at this point you couldnt know he was dead or where he was, as he had no GPS.

I think you mean the spot where we shot the hostage when you were circling around, we never shot at your car, therefore there was no active gunfight

When you killed me (ping jung) you had initiated so my friend was allowed to kill you. Most likely our friends tracked us via our last known position (you took our gps on our way there) they could follow the way we went. After I was killed I didn't exactly know what was going on. And after you took my gps I could have been killed then.

I did not communicate with my gangmates after being held up. I deafed myself on ts and didnt use the radio

For the record my gangmates asked you guys on ts aswell in liaison room.

Ok first of all, we didnt take your gps's on the way to the shack, we took them immidiatly as you can see in the video, no reason not to tell the truth. Second of all when we killed you, your gangmembers didnt know where you were as you had no GPS, therefore this is not initiation. We went far away from your last known location, there is no way your friends could have found you without you speaking to them, which support confirmed. In ts Kieran told us he had communicated through group channel with SKYNL even though we took his radio. He said we had to take it physically, but rp is enough, if we say we are taking your gps and radio, you do no longer have a hps and radio. But since i dont have a recording of the ts conversation, the argument is probably not valid, just thought i should add it.

Indeed. but the first time you guys said you can't communicate etc. I couldn't catch that setence because of radio chatter. I deafed (and kept deafed)myself in ts to understand you guys. But in the car I dequiped my gps because that was the first time I heard that I had to dequip my gps. So I partially pardon me for that.

as i said that cannot be added as evidence as i dont have it recorded, it would be word vs word. I have nothing more to add in, i suggest we wait for the staff team to make their decision now.

Ok after reviewing all points brought up I would like to clear one thing up and that is about the GPS and Radio, The GPS is a real item in game so you will need to drop it from the person so it stops tracking him/her. The Radio is different you can tell someone like you had, that you had taken their radio of their person and they have to mute all communications Skype/Steam/TS/Discord so-on.

The use of the Radio and GPS should now be clear for all parties from now on so for that factor I don't believe a ban is necessary for this case, One thing I will say is towards [AWT] SKYNL, if you declare that you have to leave early because of IRL then when given the chance TAKE IT. DO NOT BEGIN a initiation.

I fear that the unknown factor towards the radio and GPS lead the sniper [AWT] Kieran finding you but in saying that i may be wrong so i will give a fair chance to all like said above.

I will give a last chance towards [AWT] Skynl and [AWT] Kieran for the reasons brought up above.
