i left my heli and there was a guy with a gun he said this is not a robbery then i ran round the back of my heli and while asking him to put his gun away he kills me no initiation. it shows later in the clip

The link you gave is to youtube studio, and as such only works for you.

The situation was as follows: myself and two SOS members kidnapped another man in agios we believed to be robbing people to interrogate him. While leaving agios, we noticed we were being followed by a blue orca. We stopped the car and warned the hostage to use our radios. We roleplayed handing them over to him to call you off, and warned him that he would be shot otherwise. He instead used the opportunity to tell us he had friends and allies who would defend him, and we responded with a summary execution. The blue orca remained above us, apparently trying to land. We drove away and around for a bit, the orca continuing to follow us. We at this point are certain you are his friends, but fire tracers anyway. We then stop at agios where we see a group of people and the orca landing. I warn the orca pilot not to pull a gun but he does and points it at me, so I kill him. This was not an initiation but a continuation of an ongoing situation. This leads to a gunfight. I killed another blackout member and then get downed myself.

While I was downed, I was told by other blackout when I asked what had happened that you were, in fact, friends with the hostage. I offered a liaison but they didn't respond and didn't come. This leads me to believe you knew perfectly well what you were doing, and that this report is a petty way of trying to get comp through intimidation.

Out of interest, has your birthday happened since january 1st 2020?

You've cut out the first three minutes of the clip, which show you hovering 20-50m above the man telling us his friends and allies are going to kill us, after high quality roleplay had been had with the hostage, and you trying to land on top of us. You also cut out you being successfully tracered and continuing to hover around rather than leave. Please include this footage, as to cut it out and pretend this was the start of the situation would be quite dishonest. I was and am 100% convinced you were involved in the previous situation, and that by pulling your weapon you were about to shoot me. Your own gangmates told me when I was downed that you were friends with the man we had kidnapped. I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt by warning you not to pull a gun, but as this was an ACTIVE SITUATION that you were CLEARLY INVOLVED IN this was actually unnecessary. You chose instead to reinforce your involvement and pull a gun, and paid the price. 

Also I had forgotten your blatant RP break in this situation, if you have a problem like this in future please talk using TS, direct // messages or OOC as this can ruin immersion for others. This was a violation of rule 2.8 and a bannable offence.

After watching the video, and trying to listen around your audio, it is clear that you were asked by the nice gentleman with a large rifle to not pull a gun out. Instead you pull one out and aim it at him. So he shot you. You also haven't given a reason as to why you were following this group around, so I'm inclined to believe Aethon.

If you did not hear him over the whinging and moaning in your group chat, then that's your own fault. I recommend playing with your sound settings and utilizing the earplugs so that you are more easily able to hear other players during interactions such as this, and avoid future issues.
