So I was driving to Kavala from Agios, just after devils bend I was hit by a tempest which didn't kill me at first. AssassinCult then further began to hit me until I was dead. @mark_watney arrived at the scene to find AssassinCult and his tempest parked up beside my broken down car and he was collect the money dropped on the floor. I returned to Agios to try and find out who the person was who was driving the tempest as I did not think this affected NLR, when I found the tempest again, it firstly VDMd me while I was out of my car and then drove away. In the video you can see the same Tempest driving back and VDMin me again. I tried to resolve the situation with AssassinCult on teamspeak but he wanted me to join his teamspeak instead as he said he had to do a secruity update. I said no and waited 25 minutes for him to do the security update which he still hadn't finished. So I began to resolve the situation privately using the phone app explaining what had happened as he was having some trouble with the security update. At first he lied about how much money he had and said he was a hobo. Eventually he agreed to compensate me for the gear and I waited a further 10 minutes for him to go to an ATM. He firstly told me he was inbetween Panochori and Zaros and that the furthest ATM was over 4km away and he was driving there. 5 minutes later he messaged me again saying he was infact walking to the ATM as he had just been robbed. Another 5 minutes later (by this point I was beginning to become frustrated) he told me he had been killed and was waiting for a medic. I assumed by this point I had tried all I could to resolve the situation and the fact that he didn't even come to teamspeak and was stalling for so long I believed he had not true intention of resolving the situation.
