Please (in detail) describe the incident

While locked inside of their Huron (Not in restraints) they were telling me they were 'ripping my clothes off' and 'taking my GPS and radio'. I was 'outnumbered' in the helicopter. This in my opinion is Powergaming. When I attempted to resolve it they accused me of Powergaming by not listening.

You jumped into a helicopter that not only had armed rebels in it, but was being escorted by other heavily armed rebels.

You were given orders to comply (What exactly is powergaming about you being locked in a helicopter, outnumbered, and outclassed?), Prior to you entering the helicopter you were told to leave the area (Funny how you only uploaded the recording from the moment you jumped in... we would have been within our right to shoot you right then and there).

You are posting this because you are not too happy that you and your men unsuccessfully attempted to hijack a heavily guarded helicopter.  Powergaming would be if you and I were in a vehicle (Me as the driver, you as the passenger), and I say I have a gun pointed at you/rob you, etc...  In this particular case you had more than enough proof that your life was in danger, yet you refused to comply. By your logic, it is powergaming that you did not comply, considering you knew that we wouldn't be able to shoot you right away (without exposing ourselves to your gun...).

I feel powergaming falls under the following rule -  (1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

I'm not complaining about being killed. I'm complaining about the fact you're trying to 'Rip clothes off me' while I'm not in restraints. Member support has confirmed this in itself is powergaming. Then I suppose we will have to agree to disagree on that point Khaan.

The way I see it: We had EVERY opportunity to shoot Billy the Moment he jumped into the helicopter. I opted NOT to shoot you. I opted to tell everyone else to just jump in the heli and take us with you.

I was hoping we could RP with him.  Instead this happens. What I have learned from this experience (thus far) is that the next time this happens, I should just shoot the guy right away and forgo any attempt at RP. Is this what we want to teach people?  The moment he refused to RP with us (instead of allowing us to "powergame" and then reporting it, which would have gotten him much further in my opinion, as far as the report hoes), he gets mad, and breaks RP, then breaks the very rule you've just quoted (he was swearing at us out of RP). 

I would prefer nobody gets banned. I stopped recording in this game specifically because it leads to reports, and people getting banned. When i first started playing this server I was nuts about recording and reporting every infraction, now I've learned that the only people worth reporting are those who are adamantly and actively stepping out of their way to ruin another's experience.

I will continue to attempt to RP with people before killing them, but situations like this make it very difficult for other players to do so. I feel like I can do it without worry because I do not need money/guns/vehicles, I can afford to die in exchange for RP, and always offer the other party the chance to shoot/kill me while I initiate RP.  Had this guy just been shot the moment he entered the heli (after being asked to leave the area), I suspect this would have resulted in the rest of his group shooting a helicopter as it flies away into the skylight... I don't know the gentlemen well enough to say that they would have reported us for RDM (or attempted to anyhow), but one is left to wonder.

I'm here to have fun, and I hope this doesn't ruin our encounters in the future.

(keep in mind that this is all being spoken/viewed as out of RP).

I, of course, accept the warning point, but my comment was what better describe what I felt about this report.

After tactical/aggressive manouvers (by the gang surrounding the helicopter)One guy, just ONE simple guy, embark uninvited into a Huron about to take off', 4 man inside it, that Huron that Huron was escorted by one other Huron with maybe 4 more armed guys, he was told to comply multiple rimes, he was "removed" from his radio and gps, he didn't value his life, he keep coms on, he got killed... Would any perfect mind rebel expect that we surrender to his demands?

I have been told, and I also stand by the fact you cannot strip an Armed, un-restrained person of their Radio, GPS, Clothes and Weapon. It's preposterous.

Rejected.  No ones getting banned for this.  However i will bring this up at the staff meeting so we can see everyone's opinion on the matter.  But until we have talked about these types of situations this is not powergaming.

You chose yourself to jump in that helicopter knowing you were heavily out manned and you probably knew you were out gunned?

No where in our rules does it say you need to be restrained to take of gear (Lets make that clear)  

I like you Khan, however in this situation it seemed to me that you were more focused on you assuming that it was powergaming than actually going along with the roleplay and that's not right in my opinion.  Also Khan if you don't mind could you PM me the names of the support members who said this was power gaming? 

If you went along with the situation so much Roleplay could of came from it. But you deiced to choose your own fate.  

So for conclusion. 

Powergaming? = No. You were out manned and im sure you probably knew you were out gunned. They gave you demands and you failed to comply. They told you "if you dont give up your GPS they will put a bullet in your head"  And you replied with "No" so what did you expect?
