Please (in detail) describe the incident
A man named ASIAN GLOCK was intentionally running people over with a Silver SUV.
He was then chased by multiple people as I located the edge of the green zone
He came back after running me and many other people over, constantly causing an inconvenience
So I decided to kill him standing where I thought was just outside of the green zone
After killing him, he came straight back to his body & proceeded to get back in his car and then run around trying to escape from everyone while staying in the green zone perimeter ( so he clearly new about the green zone )
He was finally tased in the GZ and passed a Note.
