I was chasing Artur because a fellow officer had seen them at Uranium, after some chasing, Tokjat iniciated on the Hemmets tires, we did not have a opurtunity to shoot. I realised he was heading towards Uranium buyer, once there, he got out, grabbed his gun, thats when i know i would die, he didnt say anything and just shot me...

After reviewing the video we can see that you chase this HEMTT for over five minutes without any shots fired towards it. Whilst there was a verbal threat to disable the tires of the vehicle this does not authorize the driver to shoot you without providing any roleplay beforehand. Whilst I can understand the driver wants to protect his goods he could've easily said something to you before shooting as he clearly had enough time to do so as he got out the HEMTT waiting for you to stop. As the player in question has not said anything to defend himself in this scenario I will be issuing a ban under 2.2 RDM and he will have to explain himself in an un-ban appeal.
