Please (in detail) describe the incident
We responded a call out at Athira bank. Upon arriving at Athira bank we found a gentleman, Apple, robbing the bank while holding somebody hostage. A few seconds later the bank completed and almost instantly Apple logged out. He logged back in a minute later under the name of Andrew. I made multiple attempts to ask him to come to liaison which he refused. I will @ him here so he can hopefully respond quicker @LamboGR .
