I was flying from the kavala drug dealer to store my money in zaros but i crash into some tress so now im down. These two guys come up to me not involved with the situation and one of them named Gandolf Tells me that if i dont give him my night vision googles in 10sec hes gonna shot me. And after he counts down he finishes me off.

hi @Devius, 

I am sorry you had to deal with this gentlemen. 
Firstly robbing someone that is down, will come under the rule common sense.
As you are physically not able to give the stuff. As you are in a Downed State. 
2nd part is the Countdown, Is considered FailRP. Therefor i Will ACTION this report for 2.2 RDM 
Count downs are not considered quality roleplay.
