We were in a chase with a hatchback sports, We were running around in circles waiting for backup, We were rammed into whilst making a turn causing this to disable our vehicle, and more or less immediately told to put our hands on our heads, This resulted in a gunfight which would not have broken out if we weren't rammed off of the road. This personally to me counts as VDM as it is taking advantage of using your vehicle as a weapon.

As seen in the video we were chasing the pink offroad and they were constantly taking right turns so before they crashed out they were going onto the dirt road to the right side  so i thought they were taking another right turn so i decided to steer to the right side and they then went back on towards the main road and i made contact to the front wheel of their car i then immediately turned away from their car because i thought i would explode everyone and they then steered into a rock so we then decided to start initiating on them. 

I have video footage of my pov if needed.

I deleted my other footage accidentally but from my pov i never touched their car and as soon as i saw them turn off the dirt road i thought they were taking i turned away as fast as possible. 

I wish i did have my other footage to show that we were not planning to vdm in our comms but i think my footage shows i was only trying to go onto the far left side of the dirt road they were on as i thought they would stick to the dirt road they were going towards.

From your gif of the footage you accidentaly deleted you don't see them crashing into the rock how were you sure at the time that it wasn't your fault?
Also the way you moved your vehicle looks a lot like a common technique used for de-sync ramming vehicles how come you were so close to their car when you are in a much faster vehicle then them?

With them turning into the rock it was like my response to when they turned towards the main road they turned away from me as i turned away from them 

I dont know why i was so close to them but i assure you i was not trying to ram them in anyway if i was to desync them i could have simply went straight across their vehicle instead of turning away like i did because i did not want to ram them .

 
Anonymous Puffinbird The whole point of turning away after a desync ram is to make sure their the only one that blows up. Though mistakes do happen on the road and road traffic collisions are quite common with how fast and uncontrollable cars are. Why did you decide to start robbing the people you had just potentially crashed into? Whilst accidentally hitting someone isn't VDM causing a road collision to gain an advantage would still classify as VDM

When the situation happened when they crashed i wasnt thinking of  i just vdmed them i knew i got close to them and nearly caused something major to happen if i did not steer off when i did i could have blown them up i had no intention to vdm them in any way it may have looked liked it but i thought they were going right so i decided to follow as in the video they were on the dirt road going in the direction of the dirt road so i thought i could stay on the left side of the dirt road if they were going on it.

 
Anonymous Puffinbird So when you were told that you had just rammed them why did you continue with the robbery knowing that you might've caused them to crash?

I know it was my fault for them crashing but i did not use my vehicle as a weapon  to make them break their car . I do understand that i got close to their car but i think both sides messed up because i got to close due to them changing course to another road after them going onto the dirt road and they ended up hitting a rock because we got close to them and both sides panicked because it could have made the situation terrible 

I continued to rob them because from my pov before they crashed out  on my screen i didnt touch them so i was like well i did not vdm so i kept going on with the robbery and a big gunfight broke out between us and their gang  everyone ended up dying.#

 
I'd like to add that from my footage you can clearly see my offroad being launched into the rock by the collision, it wasn't me steering into it in "panic".

I'd also like to add that even after in the liason I recieved nothing but a rather unpleasant attitude, despite being shown footage from my POV and being informed that acting on the robbery after ramming my vehicle in order to disable it, intentional or not, counts as a rulebreak, no wrongdoing was admitted to, simply a "I didn't intentionally ram you, therefor it's not VDM". 

 
SoAnonymous Puffinbird] it seems you have a pattern of rulebreaks to get an advantage. It's very convenient that you claim to have a video that would've proved it was a mistake that then magically disappears when I request it but you have a gyazo of it. The situation is clearly VDM You go to ram the vehicle and then use the advantage you gain from it to rob the people knowing full well what you had done but thinking you can ruleplay it as "it's not VDM because it was an accident" I'm not buying it. You know what you were doing this is not an isolated situation just look at this from the other day https://gyazo.com/379bbf1fb51036b8d381a78bc910d7b8 where you also proceeded to rob the peron you rammed.
