So I spawned out my hummingbird at the airport, I walked next to my hummingbird to get in and hear stop put your hands up so because I was already clicking to get in and he didn't treaten to shoot I went in and he shot me instantly dead. This was all in like a 2 sec moment. Also I have asked him to come on TS which he doesn't have to if he doesn't want but still... after I told him in the ooc chat what he did wrong other people and a gang member also said he couldn't do that i've also heard someone saying something at the moment he killed me in which he responded something like: no it was a good initation, can't remember exactly. unfortunately I do not have any video proof, I was trying to record afterwards but I glitched out when I died and could not even move the camera around and see anything. He basically admitted what he did in the ooc. He does not understand basic rules he was still being ignorant in the chat.

I recorded it. I got the guy saying in chat ' I killed him because he killed 3 cops in front of me' you cant take the own law into your own hands. RDM. you can say thanks later tony tbh xd

I can vouch for this, I am the leader of Invindicata. Andrew has been removed from the group as I have had problems with him in the past. It was RDM.

I do have video but I would have to search through four hours of recording.

Right this is where the problem is, i cannot confidently ban off this unless i see it other when it w#comes to an unban, the reasons would cause problems. Im sorry but i am going to have to deny under insufficient evidence.
