Following me farming diamonds on my way back to Athira Adreas Castle, Thor Valentin and one other I couldn't identify RAMMED my vehicle with NO rp initiated they continued to do this I slightly heard something said when I slowed down and the Hemtt wasn't as loud but other than that no other RP was given. They continued to RAM me while I tried to evade. I did try blocking them from going past me but this didn't do anything as they were clearly just interested in RAMMING once my vehicle was disabled I left and had no other choice but try shoot my way out but was out numbered.

I have seen Thor Valentin name many time on this player report channel and he seems to continuely flount the server rules with what seems like no punishment not only ruin people's experience on the server but wasting people's time.

@AndreasCastle, care to comment on why you and your friend seemingly decided to ram into the player's truck, and then proceeding to open fire and later execute the player without any form of quality roleplay?

@MrD1991, care to comment why it seems like you swerve to block/hit the pursuing truck in your video at 5m54s, and then make a deliberate swerve directly into the truck's path again at 6m11, having looked behind you and seen that they were coming up along side you, then again at 6m29?

@James_W12345 Yes I was Blocking not intentionally intending on hitting their vehicle. from previous experience players drive past my Hemtt and slow right down forcing me to stop rather than collide with their vehicle I assumed that is what this player would also do so in order to prevent this I swerve into there oncoming direction in order to either force them into obstacles on the side of the road or swerve out the way to avoid a collision at no point did I intend on hitting the other player. I believe if this was my intention as I am in a much larger vehicle I would have made much more of a blatant attempt to hit them, from the video that clearly isn't the case and after realising there intention wasn't to slow me down and was merely a VDM attempt I simple just try'd running.

Lets start with Andreas and Thor. So they preform a blatant VDM at the start of your encounter, open fire at you/your vehicle without providing any high quality roleplay and then goes on to VDM you again putting the final blow on your vehicle and disables it. After you tried to retaliate they managed to kill you, but then preforms a execution without any good roleplay. This was a breach of both 2.1 and 7.1.3 and will be actioned accordingly. It is very hard to tell who was doing what i.e. who was driving, who was the one that shot at you from the vehicle etc. The only thing I know for sure is who killed you and who executed you. I will therefor put them both under the same ban (2.1 & 7.1.3) as they should both know what was being done wrong here and tried to stop it, or at least step away from it. 

On the other hand, I see where you are coming from with your reply about you VDMing them, however what you did IS actually VDM and have been actioned in the past. If you try to block them like that, when they are litterally on the side of you, you are the cause of the crash. You did this a few times during the video, thus I will be actioning it - in forms of a warning. Please do refrain from doing such in the future. If you are to block their path with your vehicle, you need to make sure they actually have time to brake down and avoid crashing you.
