Please (in detail) describe the incident

basically long story short. We were in pursuit of a hatchback when i crashed my heli and and to repair it, a cop car of 4 rebels pulled over and instantly initiated on me and my friend, the initiations from them people were along the lines of "hands up you little bastard or get shot", shortly after i asked them to come liason and they refused.

I am very confused as to why you have put this report up. The people who initiated on you gave you multiple warnings not to run, gave several compliance demands then only shot you when you pulled a gun.
