I was attempting to catch a bounty, Took a walk with the individual and when i was by the PD i put on my clothes and initiated. A minute after Andre came up and killed me and a random bounty hunter. The man claimed to be his friend.

Hello,

First of all your video is set to private so i cannot watch it. The guy you were trying to catch was Manuel (Gang: TheGoodFellas). He was with me (Andre Gang: TheGoodFellas) and with another gang member (Joao99). 

While you were taking a walk with him we were following to see if you were going to try something ... 

As you said on your post you initiated RP with him and later on you shot him. After that i came out of hiding and killed you. If you start to shoot a friend of mine don't wait around for "Put your hands up". 

In my opinion i had legitimate reason to kill you on site.

I'll wait for an admin opinion.

The player had to give a warning that he had a friend, however your initiation was incorrect in this situation, and I think borderline fail RP by instantly putting clothing on

(8.1.1)[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)] Bounty hunters must wear the bounty hunter uniform at all times while on duty. Making an arrest without the bounty hunter uniform is against server rules (Punishment is a ban) [/COLOR]  

When you initiated with the purpose to trick him, you were hunting a bounty and therefore were acting in a capacity as a bounty hunter thus was on Duty.

Andre next time you could have given him a warning and say "Let him go or I will shoot"

I'm giving you both warnings.
