i went to the airport to switch my suv for a jeep so i could go and have some offroad fun with friends , got my jeep , got told to get down and then got shot almost instant .

Hi, this is an NPC talking.

1) We were trying to find a guy who had previously robbed a friend of us and you matched the description perfectly. So we stood next to you, trying to observe and make sure you are the right guy indeed before doing anything. When you got into your car and started driving off, we had to stop you to talk to you and make sure you are not the guy we're looking for. Told you to get down (it's clearly audible on the video you provided), you didnt - we couldn't let you go as it would've been too difficult to find you again. If you just stopped you would still be alive (I mean if you were the wrong guy, as we're still not sure due to not being able to talk to you). Sure, we could've talked to you in the very beginning, but we figured we'd rather just watch you for a start, but then we got sloppy and let you walk away - there you were, almost getting away, so we had to stop you but you didn't cooperate and that's the only reason you got shot.

2) Yes, I stated that I said "get down" multiple times and later found out I said it once and repeated the word "sir" many times instead (lol), but regardless, even saying it once is initiation. I am aware that the roleplay was pretty poor indeed, but the situation was too quick to even make some kind of better roleplay out of it (as I needed to stop you ASAP). On both of our videos, my sayings are clearly audible and I gave you enough time to stop the vehicle - it's obvious that you were accelerating after hearing my demands, and not hitting the brakes as you should have. So I don't see why I should be punished if you didn't comply to 3 men aiming 7.62's and 6.5's right at your face - you were the one doing poor roleplay as you had no fear of dying.

Speaking on behalf of my gang member: I've heard that you have killed multiple people that day with poor iniation. @Reece Smurfhas also had the same situation with you. Also I've seen a lot of dead people around the area you have been. 2 other members of my gang are also killed that day by you. I was not there and can not confirm everything. But after seeing the many dead people (that you might have killed), I don't think running screaming something and just shoot is a proper way of playing on a RP server.

Also I want to point out: "Sir sir get down" and just shooting is in my opinion not a 'proper' iniation. But that's not my decision, Staff will decide about the iniation.

My last point is that @Jentheand @Reece Smurfasked to come on Teamspeak. You refused both of them. If you think we were wrong then at least you could've try to talk to us on Teamspeak.

Yes, we killed some more people, but we never did it without a proper reason.

If my initiation is not good enough, then how would you do it if you have seconds before the guy gets away? It has to be quick, no time to get into detailed roleplay.

And yes, I refused to come on TS, because a) told them 2 times I don't have TS installed and b) I already said everything in chat, I don't want to argue with people that clearly dont understand what I say.

Plus, as far as I know, you shouldn't be even allowed to randomly post here, you were not apart of the situation.

right I was driving next to you after you tried to drive into me with your tempest I then followed you you stopped hopped out your tempest and shot me with no roleplay at all you said I was ramming you and it was the initiation? I will try get my recording in the morning of the blatant rdm unless you have counter evidence of the issue?

Once again, I didn't shoot you for nothing. You lagpitted me atleast 2 times and even if you didn't see it on your screen (which happens regularly on Arma due to desync, ping etc), driving as close to me as you did makes it obvious that you were trying to lag into me. As you could've destroyed my car and maybe robbed/killed me afterwards (idk if u had a gun or not but u looked like a rebel so u probably did), I felt threatened. I horned you many times aswell to warn you, and even stopped once to allow you to drive off. Nevertheless you kept ramming and I had no other option than to shoot - I actually shot the lower bumper, not trying to kill you at first, but it somehow hit and killed you.

Now as I've explained the situation, I must warn you that randomly posting your accusations to a topic you had no involvement in could result in a forum ban, so if you have any other concerns, you may put up another report and I'd gladly copy-paste my explanation there, as I want this very topic to be clean, not spammed by some random people.

As you say it , a guy without anything , not even a handgun robbed your friend and then you claim that you can go an get any hobo wearing those clothes , also i found you in pyrgos before and there you killed and robbed people as well with poor initiation , and as my friend told me when he went to athira there was a trail of dead people and crashed cars , also you mention you only had the option to kill , if you wanted to talk to me do it before i get a car , or have you concidered just shooting the tires ? this does make me feel as if you just wanted to shoot someone . also from the moment you started talking until i was dead is only about 5 seconds this is not alot of time to react .

Also if multiple people ask you to come to ts  concider to install it ,

Aswell as the multiple people that claim it was rdm/poor rp , you still say it is my fault , if you have multiple against that you might want to think about your initiation , since the problem is obviously with that.
