Allright, this was the day in good ol'Hankies life. I woke up and got in my car thinking I was going to see if I might be able to see Eval betty's wedding. I heard the government might be issuing a half price sales soon, so I stopped by the motorshop. Where two "gentleman" with rifles, black clothes and a black SUV comes out and robs me. One of the men was masked. I complied with the robbers, they insulted my age, saying that I shouldn't be out in the streets at all. I knew I had no chance of resisting, but decided then and there to take revenge on these hooligans if I found them again.
I drove like a maniac home, got a gun, and went back to scouting them. While I was looking for the robbers in the same area, the motor shop, the altis gods took me to the center of kavala for some minutes, as they do some times<<server restart>>, I woke up, jumped straight in my car and figured robbers use the same technique again and again if it works once.... And lo and behold, I was right and saw a heavily armed man in a mask, carrying the exact same MO, in the same black SUV. With a friend dressed exactly like they both did when they robbed me earlier, even in the middle of robbing some other innocent citizen the same way as myself... I had a gun in my belt, I am an old man, but an old marine. Now I'm a dead old marine. I never saw or heard anything from the friend, but right before I was brutally murdered, my gopro seems to record the dead guy saying I can't do this, whatever he meant by that.
//As I said "in RP": was robbed, went back looking for them, server restart, had a bit of problems connecting imideatly cause of some troubles with my mic, but went straight back and continued on my RP quest, which was to find and kill the punks that robbed me. I purposly chose the same car as to be more RP. Old men with guns have long grudges
The guy I shot wanted me to come to ts, which I did, even asked them to confirm the room, after 5 minutes of nobody else coming to the channel while I re-read the rules to make sure I hadn't broken any, I got a message from a friend player saying these guys are always out robbing, and tries to get compensation for every little thing that doesn't go they're way, and I remembered that the same gang have tried that with me on at least one earlier ocation. (I'm not saying it's the same player(s) though)
Then I plainly said in the side chat that I wasn't going to wait anymore, and that he should report me if he is sure as I felt I didn't brake any rules, and couldn't find which rules that said I did. He then stated a couple of times that I didn't have to "believe anything" cause I obviously did, and that he would take this further. Again I told him to please do, as I wanted an admin to weigh in on this, me being the first to apologise if I did.
There is two reasons for my report now, one that I feel that this is very "baiting" after compensation, after reading the rules an extra time, I still can not find anywhere that says I'm breaking a rule. But in the video he is clearly talking about "server rules", given very shortly, if that was the bullet ending the conversation is ofc speculation both ways. But I guess a lot of other players would pay 200K or whatever in-game to avoid spending the time I'm doing now.
The other reason, is just that, I just spent quite some time re-reading all the rules making a video, and writing my "defence", to make sure I didn't get in any trouble, as I've never been banned, and don't want to start now. But no report ever came from him, so that was an hour of my life wasted on him threatening a report.
I believe he was in violation of §2.8 and purposly misunderstanding/ignoring §5.2 that clearly states that NLR does not apply after restart and then not writing the report and/or read the rules himself. I gave him plenty of time to come back in the side chat after reading the rules, but he didn't, and he didn't. So clearly, HE knew it wasn't a breach.
BTW, I'm not 100% on the time, as I can't find any timestamps in the video
