Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and 2 other people were on a police patrol. We were near Kavala Square and one of the officers was VDM'ed by a Red Offroad so i said: ''It was probably mistake, let it go.''. Soon later i see the same red offroad and it also VDM's me. Me and my officers spike strip it and stop it. The guy runs off and we chase him, i try to rubber him but the other officer gets him. Then we proceed to put him in the car and i impound the offroad. Then we drive to Kavala police station and try to talk to him out of roleplay inside the car but then he combat logs. I tried to contact him in-game to get him onto the TS but he wasn't online anymore and a LVL. 3 member support told me to still report him. Also in the video that i have given you can't hear me because Shadowplay dosen't record my voice.
