Please (in detail) describe the incident: Robbed a g6 and he had a knife to his back which we all know is 1 or 2 hit and he decides to back his gun out and try kill me himself.
Cleary doesn't care about his family at home or anyone who loves him as it resulted in his death, also he panic buttoned for more G6 to come which they did.
only just managed to get his name today which is the reason for a late report

You've reported this four days after the event to get the name of the officer, and then managed to get that wrong.

The fine officer involved in this incident is Mr Dexter Dixon. You've indicated you did not attempt to resolve this before reporting, in fact you also proceeded to combat log after the situation when the other G6 turned up, presumably why you cut the video short.

You mention that I used my panic button, could you indicate where you saw this? 

Dexter is a highly trained (and equipped) professional wearing body armour, you are a low life criminal scum; having a knife drawn is not an unusual situation for him in this setting.  The mistake made here is that I drew the launcher, which was not my intention -- I'd meant to draw my combat pistol (which pulls more rapidly and reflects the risk to life),  had I pulled that I would rolled back and shot -- something which is necessitated in Bolingbrook more than any other prison in the UK.

My mate found him and he asked his name weather he gave a wrong name isn't my issue, so the guy in question is as said Dexter Dixon, 

You panicked and then drew your gun so it cancled the panic animation, unless your telling me you didn't panic and your officers somehow knew you got juiced so if you didn't panic the only option would be they knew from a out of game communication app to respond to you being killed. 

Either way I had a switch blade to you which from the angle drawn it is a 1 or 2 hit depending on armour. you should have valued your life I had my sharp weapon out first. Your plan failed and shouldn't have been a thought through plan any way. It was going to go more in my favour than yours. doesn't matter if you have a rocket launcher that you think you could discharge to save your life, my weapon was out first and you were unarmed at the time., You should have cared about your life regardless.

& I'm a professional low life criminal scum that's highly trained in assignation. Regardless if your Ex army and have black belt martial arts  combat training you still had the lower advantage and anyone seeing the video would see that Id win the situation you should have valued your life.

Video shows G6 already running over with his gun out since you either panicked or as your claiming you didn't panic so he must have known through some sort of dicsord or teamspeak

So after the clip you've kindly added, my understanding is you vanished and received a ban because it was observed by a staff member; infact the officer cuffing you at the end of the clip -- who I assure you I wasn't in a third party app with. I might of used my panic, I can't remember; it seems to me to be a reasonable thing to do (after all we hold assignation experts) -- or he might of heard the stabbing outside the cell; he appears in your clip after discovering me.

To my mind:

• You were banned for your actions
  
• You didn't try to talk to me at the time
  
• You reported it 4 days later
  

Some might think this was actually a revenge report because you felt I had some involvement in your ban, or you might feel if your complaint were upheld it vindicated the outcome. That of course would be a decision for whoever reviews this case, I couldn't possibly comment.

Apart from that, I've little to add. As soon as you said 'come closer' I felt like Red Riding Hood and had a reasonable idea what was to come, it might surprise you that you aren't the first person to have had such creative roleplay in prison -- you are however the first to have made a report on it (at least to my knowledge).

If your complaint were upheld, i.e. it were felt that an armed and armoured guard, in prison, in a whisper zone (so has to be in striking distance to communicate) should put his hands up when you present a melee weapon every prisoner would then demand the gates opened for them -- it's a simple madness. You both talk about roleplay and make simple DnD style arithmetic of 'it only takes two hits'; if I'd pulled the right weapon I'd be out of range and you'd have been dead ... and I suspect still upset that you didn't achieve the outcome you expected. I doubt however if things had gone as you'd hoped that you've of 'had' to leave the server so promptly.

My ban was issued to my own wrong doing your not apart of it, I stated why it took the time it took to report it.

My point is you backed out the gun after I was a clear threat ready to kill you, I needed you to attempt to escape prison that was my roleplay behind it. 

Knifes aren't easy to obtain in prison but I had one and you seen it and didn't care how sharp it was ready to kill you which is why you tried to fight it, It takes seconds to take out your gun and a second for me to stab you in your neck. 

But again my ban has nothing to do with this report or you so not sure why its mentioned. & I'm reporting you for poor RP as a G6, I think higher standards of RP should be given from you as your in a whitelisted group

I mention it because your reports are supposed to be the whole truth.

I asked where you saw me panic, because I wondered if you cheated - because your YouTube channel is full of videos of you pridefully cheating on other games.

I disbelieve your assertation that you felt you had to wait to find the  wrong name. You clearly have video of everything (Medal?) and from your unban appeal lied about how you were taken to the cell ... so you'll have to excuse me for raising the fact that your character, motives and truthfulness may be questionable.

Me cheating on Minecraft about 4 years ago has nothing to do with report or server and regardless how is me using my common sense me cheating to know you panicked, your trying to grasp onto anything you can to get out this situation. & I didn't lie in the unban but again that has nothing to do with your NVL & FailRP. Now stop going off topic you ruined my roleplay & you can not beleive me all you want about needing to wait for your name, I didn't do session heads as I no longer have it binded and when my mate then seen you he asked for your name which is how I got alister. But I wont reply anymore. stop going off topic and you seem to not see what you did wrong

Although I understand that it is difficult to get someone´s name/session ID sometimes, but you do have the option to do /sessionheads so you can put up reports in the requested 24h timeframe.
