I was stood on top of a building where I was just randomly shot by an officer that never came over to say why he shot me

Hey @WeemanDee2003 . 

I am indeed the man who did kill you at the Diamond Factory now I will explain just the events so yourself and hopefully others can recognise the situation better as it now appears that you were somewhat unrelated to the hostile events that unfolded at the Athira Bank at the same time.

At 6:38 Within your linked Video multiple officers are downed at the Athira Bank from armed rebels that appeared to be set up within the surrounding area - They were all using high powered 7.62 firearms (Exactly the same as the one you are using, will get back to this in a second). 

Then at 7:35, just as we are sweeping and clearing the town officers hear a large 7.62 shot echo from the Diamond factory, a common snipers nest for rebels wishing to take a more hostile approach on the Athira bank, sadly for you we took this the wrong way and i believed there to be a sniper within the area of the diamond factory so i begin to move up on the target.

Then at just 8:50 from what i can see i believe another rebel is then downed at the Athira Bank location, still continuing this hostile situation. 

At this point i am moving with my patrol vehicle to the rear of the Diamond factory compound trying to see if I can find a sniper or hostile on a roof when I see a helicopter and an armed man dressed in combat gear pointing and moving about on the rooftop towards the Athira bank direction.

From my POV it i can clearly see a man with a weapon raised pointing straight at the bank, in which my fellow officers are located. Instead of pushing the stairs to a man i believe is hostile with a 7.62 rifle I take a position behind him and fire bullets to neutralise what I perceived to be a hostile threat. 


As soon as this did happen i got a message from whom i believe to be you and I instantly see that you were not involved, as a reasonable man that I am offered some compensation to yourself for the gear that you were downed with. Shambles then said that he would send me the video and I asked if I could get it over the forums on DM as i had to leave annoyingly a few minutes after we had finished our Teamspeak discussion. 

I would never intentionally go out of my way to kill you or anyone else for that matter, in a relatively established member of this community and have... let's say...A very good scope on the rules of sorts.  If you wish i @WeemanDee2003can trawl through my Big external hard drive and find the video that I'm sure I recorded as you messaged me about it.

I'm sure I was just a complete mistake I probably did look like the guys you where looking for I just wanted some comp for my gear and the admins said that I need to put up a report I'm sure you know the rules very well as you are a ci you probably know them better than me if i was able to get some comp i would happily move on and id rather you werent banned as you have work for a while to get what you have on the server and i dont think you should lose it all if this was an accident  

 
Like i said i did have to leave which meant you were probably like, wow this CI guy killed me and left without comping wtf. I probably would've done the same!.

If you wish i will send you the money that you posted in your compensation request.

 
yeah, ill message you next time I see you on.  sorry about the report i just wasn't to sure what to do and i thought this would be the easiest way to handle it
