They were robbing me and just shot player named Joe because he picked up my backpack. They told him to back away but he didnt have time to comply at all.

I said when someone runs up to you in the middel of a robbery and take something i think it is a vaild reason to shoot him. I was also affraid he would pull a weapon or something from the backpack. I can agree it was a littel bit poor rp. I can take a penalty because i think it is a littel bit rdm. And i can pay back for anything he had in his inventory. I am really sorry for that mistake

That guy knew that we were robbing him and the third guy of ours even told him to back away 10 sec before this. As he didnt comply and just simply ran up and picked it up, we proceeded to shoot him as he didnt listen.

 
I need to be honest as i was taking part in this, you had no reason to pick up that backpack at all. And you probably knew the consequences of picking up that equipment. I mean what would you do if i was a hobo and i came up to you and picked up the backpack of the guy which you ordered to drop off? It's an absurd failrp. Your friend had been warned to back away, he did not comply, he chose to pick up the backpack instead and escape. Well that didn't go as it should did it? In fact that was a marvelous feeling to shoot that lawbreaking degenerate if i may recall it in the least rude describing.

Unfortunately I had to delete that in lack of recording space. But only reason I posted this report is that I didnt hear them initiating on that hobo in anyway. Maybe it was just me but earlier as they tried to give me orders I had some problems hearing what they were saying as their mics seemd to be really quiet. And also, shooting hobo like that without giving any chance to comply orders. I understand it can be intense situation when you are robbing someone but still. Nobody likes hobokillers. I just expect a little bit better initiation in future.

First of all @Silentassassin in the future make sure that you give QUALITY initiation and enough time for people to comply with you demands. I don't want to see this happening again.

@Pewson When uploading such videos make sure they are at least 3 minutes long.
