So i head to diamond to do a quick run in my Huron as soon as i get there i see a hummingbird waiting for me to land .. so i land and he lands as i do. So i kinda knew what he was up too. I got out ran around a rock before he landed and got behind him. he got out and pulls a gun and hides behind a rock looking to where he thinks i am..I come up behind him and say hey what are you doing mate? he says oh i did not see you there.. i said why you got your gun out.. then out of nowhere he knocks me out.. now this is where the video starts cause as i was talking to him i turned on my shadow play and that's not good enough evidence for low Rp to this point. NO RP. But what happens later will be. So after he knocks me out he zipties me. puts me in his heli (no words or roleplay) then he goes and starts to lockpick my Huron. I am trying to get in contact with an admin.In the end he gets in my huron and flys away. I send him an OOC message telling him what he has done wrong and to let me go.He leaves the server (I think he teleported to get to a garage for his truck At 5:21 you will see this) he comes back in a truck. unlocks his heli. i get out somehow and he knocks me out and tells me to drop my gun. (my mic does not pick up in my shadow play in any of this video) I tell him i can not drop my gun while i am knocked out. He said that he does not care and gave me 10 seconds to drop it or he will shoot me and starts to count down.. he keeps knocking me out and giving me a time to comply to witch i clearly could not. At that point i pulled my gun after the last knockout and start to shoot him to where he killed me and flew off. The video is not edited it's just all the videos put into one. I did look on TS but could not find anyone by his name. Also i would have told him to come to TS but from what was going on he was not listening to me.(I was looking for him in the groups on the tablet to see if and what gang he was in so that i could find them on TS and jump in their liaison but i could not see him)

Before proceeding with this report I have a few questions for you to answer to me. 

1. Him restraining you and leaving you is definitely not nice. But not against the server rules. Since I did not see the initial knock-out I will not be able to act on this either. Unless you have any footage showing previous to this. Any chance you can check if you have any additional footage?

2. Do you have further evidence making it even clearer that he actually teleported? And if so could you please upload this!

3. When the person returns and tries to fly off you abuse the fact that the restrains magically fell of you? Also referred to as "restrain-glitching" which falls under exploiting.

4. The person starts to do a very low-quality roleplay "initiation". You drop down to the ground and then start shooting at the person himself. That he is doing a very low quality initiation does not mean that you are able to start to shoot at him. 

I will also be tagging @Alex Jordan so he can give his side of the story. You need to take in mind @Jessi bondurant when dealing with the report I will need to act on point 3/4 as well as on any other possible rulebreaks in the video.

All the footage on the situation i have is there. I did not know about the restraining glitch and i'm sure the situation would have turned out differently if i were still restrained. As for me shooting him, I was telling him that i could not drop my gun and as he kept knocking me out and threatening my life i had to defend myself so i took the next chance i had and proceeded to shoot at him. Also if you could look at his disconnect time. he pretty much disconnected right after killing me. @KingGodDiabloZ

Might i Also add @KingGodDiabloZ  That when he jumps out the heli he knocks me out before his gun is drawn.  the 5:21 time stamp shows him " aborting to lobby" which is the player knowingly pressing esc and waiting 10 seconds and aborting to lobby, allowing the player to respawn to a convenient location to access other vehicles. I think he stole my Huron not knowing it can not be scrapped then teleported to drive back to me.

Okay. Thank you for the additional information. I will now proceed with the report itself. 

In the first part of the video it can be seen that you are knocked out and restrained. However since there is no context behind this I am unable to judge if this was a rulebreak. He then starts to lockpick your helicopter and flies away in it. Then at 5:16 you can see that the disconnects to the lobby. Then at 6:30 the person comes back with a truck to the scene and your huron nowhere to be seen. It is most likely that he logged off at the scrap yard to teleport himself to Pyrgos however there is no evidence that makes me be 100% about this.When he comes back he unlocks the helicopter and jumps in it.

This is when you decide to jump out of it. Even though you have been restrained by the person earlier on. It is a known bug that after a while your restrains fall off. And when this happens you need to act like they're still on (so put your hands up) and definitely do not jump out of the vehicle. Doing anything else but still acting like you are in restraints is classed as exploiting. He then proceeds to knock you out without saying anything.

When you are knocked out he then starts to do a very poor initiation only consisting of: "Drop your weapon you have 10 seconds. 1.... 2.... 3". Then when you get up he knocks you out again. And he keeps repeating that you need to drop your weapon. During this you also start speaking multiple times while knocked out. Please refrain from doing this in the future since when knocked out you are not supposed to speak.

What surprises me is that after the knocking out animation without any further words spoken to the guy you open fire on him. Because in your eyes someone is breaking server rules by knocking you out this does not mean you can break them yourself and start to shoot at him. What he did was very poor roleplay and he will be punished for this however what you did was also Random Deathmatch. 

Conclusion:

Alex Jordan will be receiving a ban for Poor Roleplay since he has not replied and has been warned previously. I will add a note about the combat logging but this will not be the ban reason. 

@Jessi bondurant Taking your (empty) record into consideration and the very long time that you have played without receiving any warning. I will be given you a warning for all the offences (exploiting and RDM). But do not expect any further warnings.
