So there was A Truck boxer race that started around 20:20; I was second until the point that the first guy crashed which lead me up to become first. Was 2 kilometers  away from the finishing line when this happened. Note that I did confront him about it while in roleplay yet he dined he owns both the Car and that he did what he did; Got his name from my Friend POV since he refused to give it in game. Don't know what else I got explain here; I believe the video is already more then a nuef proof.

Adding my Friend POV about it which is how i got his name.

You know, if you had actually offered to go to ts or speak about it properly when it happened a few days ago I could have easily shown you my footage and shown that on my screen I didn’t touch you at all. I will check later to see if I still have the footage but considering this happened 2-3 days ago it’s quite possible it got auto deleted by my plays.tv. 

So why didnt you ask me to come to TS to resolve the issue? Why did you wait 2-3 days? 

I really do hope I still have my footage. 

Also, I thought the max time is 24 hours that you could wait before filing a report? Anyway like I said, you didn’t give me any chance to prove myself apart from some poor rp where you just sat there and complained. Maybe if you did then this report wouldn’t have even been made as you’d have seen I didn’t touch you and this was most likely just desync. Especially considering how fragile hatchbacks are, I’ve never seen it able to ram anything and get away unscratched.

I also like how your friends voice becomes mute when he starts speaking to me and he also proved he meta gamed.

First of all I did actually see no point since you denied it to go over and talk to you on ts; you didn't even admitted the problem was there. Second of all my Friend POV doesn't recorded his voice in game; Its not my problem not my video; I got a longer video which I may upload upon request from a staff that prove that my RP wasn't "Poor" If anything yours was+ I waited 2 days since I actually have some stuff to do IRL and couldn't file a report right when this happened.

Check other reports; some have been longer then 2 days it just means staff can decide if its valid or not; and have the right to decline the report as far as I know.

Also I like how ignored me  and said you weren't the one that bashed when clearly you were; you could have then talked to me and admit it was you yet you think it was desync; but guess what- you didn't do that of curse; just ignored since you thought I wont report it.

In all honestly I did checked my ping but it was completely fine; if anything you are just trying to cover it up; you can clearly see you drove right into me when you got close to me; both from my POV and my friend POV. which actually does happen to have abetter ping then me so if anything he would have seen my Desyncing as well; which isn't the case here.

Also note @Ryse There is no rule about going to sort stuff on TeamSpeak although its the usual procedure for most people to do; including me; I just didn't saw the point with that situation; its not like you stopped when you saw me crashing and asked if I was okay; and you clearly saw I just flew 2 feet to the right of the road right after; according to you; you went by me; if you would have stopped and actually apologize or at least explain to me by using the // in chat that it might have been desync probably it would have been solved there; but you didn't; you kept driving and made me to lose the race.

My voice is muted cause I updated GeForce experience and forgot to switch from PTT to always on (my ts ptt is caps lock while in-game ptt is \ while shadowplay is set to caps lock aswell).

Also I got your name that way because from my friend's and my perspective, you ram into him so I got your name for the staff to see who it was. I didnt use that information in game whatsoever in any way also because soon after I had to log off

I didn't even realise you flipped at the time, i just thought you did a hard break. Also from the footage you can clearly see i didn't see you flip. In terms of RP, i'm pretty limited to what i can say because i didn't know you flipped, where as you just presumed i knew you flipped and was just like "yeah its fine i got it all recorded". My footage clearly shots i drove in front of you after i passed you.

You also swerved to knock me off the road before that which i kindly included in the video.

You went way closer to me then you should have; you were driving quite fast. usually when you try to bypass somebody like that you go in third person to make sure you don't hit him; which you did around 10 sec after I crashed; Now my question is why would I do ahard brake in the end of the race when I am first; and if anything not keep driving right after?

Because I crashed and had to repair; I cant seem to understand how didn't you stopped right after not thinking why did I didn't kept driving if I was first on the race and you knew the race was going; why would I do ahard brake if I didn't got hit? and if anything didn't kept going right after?

Also on the incident before that; when I apparently "knock you off the road" you were driving in the wrong lane the whole time that's afirst; second you Did the exact same to the guy who was first before me but that's not included isn't? Third I did actually pressed ALT twice to check where you were by mistake and pulled my mouse left to see you; which lead me to do that sharp turn; which you can see that right after that I pull right almost immediately; yet if you would have crashed and died; I would have stopped and apologize; but you didn't explode/died; so I kept going.

As you can see from my footage i didn't know you flipped and presumed the guy in 2nd place was you. As you can also see, you didn't die or explode either so i really had no reason to go back and investigate. For the 3rd person, i'm just comfortable driving like that, that's why when i was far enough ahead i changed to 3rd person because i was in a more comfortable position on a straight road. It's nothing other than personal preference.

As you can see i didn't use my vehicle as a weapon, i simply passed you. There wasn't an explosion or any deaths. I had no intent to touch you. In my footage i didn't even touch you. If you had just offered me to come to TS to talk about it then we could have resolved it easily then, as i would have been more than happy to show my footage.

Sorry for my late respond but after going throught the whole thing i can see that you didnt meant to do so/had the ability to tell you actually hit me somehow since you were too far and driving in first person. Truly sorry for this waste of time for both you/me and the staff ofc, you can clearly see from my video how it looked like, yet after going throught your Vid and comments i can see i just didn't quite took the possibilty of desync here.

Also i would like to adress that usually i do contact through teamspeak first yet it was late at the time and had to do some stuff irl, which is why i didnt contacted you. Made amistakenot contacting you first.. Sorry for this inconvience and your time mate and the staff time.
