Please (in detail) describe the incident: A police colleague of mine, Conrad Jones and I were in pursuit of a Flatbed truck that had hit me off my bike and then failed to stop at the scene of an accident. The pursuit ended, and I managed to arrest the suspect, the suspect was identified as Aiden Burton. In the cells is when Aiden began breaking server rules, he broke character a few times referencing OOC things causing me to tell his ID in OOC to stop breaking character which he seemed to understand and stopped doing it.
He then for the first time combat logs in cells, as EV/01 shows, he was there when I went on my PNC and when I came off he wasn't. I went outside to check if he'd glitched out, and it appeared like he hadn't so I went back to the cells and waited. Aiden then returned, I inquired why he popped his head, to see if it was due to head issues or something along those lines, where he admits to me he was a bit pissed off and left but then came back because he felt he was a bit of a twat. Which I wasn't massively fussed over, however, my troubles were far from over.
Time goes by whilst I'm writing his incident report, to where I'm radioed for assistance in MRPS as 2 officers were zip-tied and taken hostage by 7 aggressors. I had to help out as Conrad Jones (Who just came back from Hospital) and I was the only available officers at the time. I left Aiden in the cells for around 5-10 minutes. When that situation finished, is where EV/02 begins, as Conrad and I are coming down the stairs and back to the custody cells where I see Aiden appear to sit down and then phased through a locked door. You can see the door is locked when I visibly unlock it in order to get out. I then tasered him and put him back in cuffs, this is when he combat logs a second time. He comes back after a few minutes, and tries to run, Conrad tasers him and I cuff him. We place him back into custody cells and continue writing the report.
Not much time goes by, I'm writing the report and sorting out evidence to which Aiden magically poofs out of the cell again. I imagined it was another combat log, but Conrad after reviewing his footage tried to explain in an RP-friendly way that Aiden kind of "teleported" upwards. He forwarded it to me and it seems clear Aiden used ragdoll and then exploited his way out of the cells. However initially I thought that Siren had pulled Aiden out of RP to have an OOC discussion, I queried her about it in OOC chat and she cleared up that she didn't.
G1.8 could've been broken as in EV/05 it shows ID 885, which should come back to the same person as 949, do a 3-point turn on the freeway and ramp his Flatbed off the highway and into the LS River. As you can hear in the BWV, I was quite annoyed at this. I say "could've been broken" as I'm not sure whichever admin reads this would agree with me, but I'll let you decide.
I have not ticked I tried to resolve this with him, as initially I thought Aiden had combat logged (until Conrad tried to explain Aiden glitched out) so asking in OOC would've been useless as if he'd combat logged I'd get no reply. I also hadn't grabbed his ID and as he combat logged several times, getting new IDs each time, I didn't know what ID he had when he glitched out of the cell or if he was even on the server. On top of that, I also had to still finish off his report and I kept getting distracted with things IC & OOC. If Aiden wishes to speak about it in TS, I'm happy to have a word and hear what he has to say. Just reply to this post, message me on the forums or on discord: Xeno#5466.

I appreciate the staff for taking the time to look and this report and wish you a good day. I should also mention that the time I entered as 0130 is a rough estimate. Not sure exactly when it occurred.
