I was having a chat with some guys at athria Gas station. David pulls up and says he needs fuel. i was talking to the guy with his hands up. David pulls his gun and says "I'm robbing you" then just starts shooting me.

Well. I told you to put your hands up and you started unholstering your weapon while trying to get in cover, I took this as a clear sing of you not complying and trying to shoot me, that's why I fired at the last minute once I saw you with the weapon already in hands. As for trying to resolve this, you didn't. I came in ts and told you to hold a second to put my earplugs in to hear you and you just said goodbye and see you on the forums. I don't think that is trying to resolve anything.

After watching it again it also appears that he quick draws his weapon. 

It was also 5:20GMT, sorry thats was Central time.

I have nothing further to say i will leave it for staff.

Explain to me why your weapon draws quite so quickly.

This is my POV of the all situation.


For me it seems that my gun is drawn at a normal speed. The same as his. If it looked different on his screen it may be because of his connection or something.

The level of RP shown during you initiation is not at the accepted lower. Just because he starts to draw his weapon does not give you the right to kill him. As you should be well aware he has to initiate as well before he can shoot at you. You have a clean history and you have never been given a warning for anything like this before. 
In future do not rush your initiation, make sure you give them time to comply or to at least RP back.  Just saying hands up is not good enough RP to start shooting.
