Me and a gang member were to rob a rebel for his vest since mine dissappeared. I told him to put his hands up multiple times, he than proceeded by saying "i cant hear you" what made me think there was something wrong with my mic or a ingame bug. So I walked closer to him and continiously repeated myself by saying put your hands up or you are dead. He pulls out a pistol and knocks me out and pops me in the head.

We tried to resolve it, I said I would like my gear comped (around 600k) he said i wont be able i only have 1.7 mil, so i wont consider it resolved.

I consider this failRP/exploiting since he takes advantage of me considering there is something wrong with my mic.

You say I took advantage and "Powergamed", but clearly, if I wanted you to know that your mic is broke, I'd have typed it OOC. 

I'd like to see a longer video, because I feel, in the situation you've targetted me based on our gangs recent dealings, your refusal to do so, points to this being the most likely scenario.

Again, the fact that you think you should be compensated in this situation shows the direction we don't want to go in. You intiated, failed to knock me out, or even kill me for failing to comply, yet, when I turn the situation back on you, you aren't happy with the result

 
Need another admin to deal with this.......

It was a bit crap there @adster mc, that said stalling is a common tactic that a lot of people do...

but, man you got knocked the fk out

 
allso i would like to state, i have video evidence that proves i wasnt telling him i couldnt hear him because i was taking advantage, i say it because my teamspeak was load and i couldnt hear him , so if you could kindly wait till i upload counter evidence before a decision is made

I understand that you were stalling me but if you say i cant hear you, that  will make me think that there is something wrong with my mic... fair enough if you call for backup, i dont mind.

what im saying is, i simply say i cant hear, because my gang was talking and i couldnt hear you , witch i allso explained in the mentor channel, secondly , as stated above, this is a roleplay server, if i thought you had a broken mic, i would let you know in ooc sidechat, i wouldnt roleplay it out considering the circumstance, thirdly i am very insistant that you upload the entire video including the teamspeak chatter because i am convinced you purposely targeted me because we killed ti members 15 minutes earliar , you say you just want a vest but considering there multiple people around me as i was roleplayin a choir, the red hatch back stops , stairs at me, you stop, i know axaclty what was going to happen so i remove myself from the situation , in a literal cloud of smoke, you then chase me, if you never meta gamed me then i will happily write you a formal apology

the fact you straight up refuse is all making it seem more and more like this is what happend

as you can see by my video, i cant hear him, i call back up because i could tell he was robbing me, in my opinion, he made the mistake by letting me close to him, and this is simple a report because i refused to comp him.

allso i would like an admin to request the full video because obviously im not getting through to him, if what i am saying is not what happend why would he not just upload it

(will allso openly admit i say im being robbed by ti, but this is without a scroll wheel and it is so my guys dont shoot any hobos at the airport, i didnt use names or anything, as this would be acceptable if xmls were still in place)

as request skyzzem, i have givin you more than reasonable explanations for every point you have raised, i have explained why i said i couldnt hear you,i have requested multiple times that you upload your full video, i truely believe you do not want to because what i am saying is true, you sore me at the airport hanger, when you got in your chopper and i soluted you, you then left to get your car and friends and returned with the sole intention to attack me because you meta gamed my names and wanted revenge because we killed your members earlier on.............please dont just evade the question and correct me if im wrong

 
The matter of fact is, its your responsibility to make sure you can hear people ingame, not mine. However I do agree with you, its a roleplay server and I was nice enough to give you multiple warnings, being too nice I even came closer to you to make sure you can hear me while im pointing a 7.62 rifle at you, you just knock me out which you could never do in real life because before you could raise your arm you would be dead. Thats kinda exploiting and fail RP.

In your video you can clearly see you heard my initiation, instead of complying you metagamed my tag to your team mates and pretended you cant hear me. Also you have cops in your channel helping you, you can clearly hear one guy say “Where exactly are they ill come on and arrest them”

Saying you recognized my voice because we were in the same gang some time ago, it doesnt work like that. 

This report is about you, not me. The video I have provided has all the evidence needed. Also accusing me of metagaming, while you metagame me in your video is desperate.

4. lets be honest mate, if what im saying about you metagaming me wasnt true, the prove me wrong and upload the video :D

5. the cop was not in game and was joking 

also id like to point out that you where in my channel less than two days ago  accusing another one of my members of a rule break because we killed you at the gold buyer , so yes, i recognised your voice.

basically this is going no where, either upload your video and prove your innocent or we just leave it to the admins to deside my fate.

Why? This report isnt about me, this report is about adster,  I said my share adster said his share, done. Admins need to decide. There is no need in me uploading the video, it has nothing to do with this report. If adster thinks I metagamed let him make a report about it.

In adster's video he clearly breaks multiple rules, here is a list:

- metagames that he is getting robbed by TI

- exploiting by saying that he doesnt hear me

- FailRP because he knocked me out without having a gun out physicilly

- metagaming that Robin killed him

- talking whilst being dead

i like making lists to.....

- i recognised your voice, not metagaming

- i couldnt hear and even if i could how is that exploiting, no matter how you look at it all im doing is delaying you

-it is not fail rp knocking somebody out

- none of the people in my channel where ingame so saying robins name doesnt make a difference, i allso didnt say ''kill robin'' or anything of the sort

- again none of my members where in game

- you issue the order to kill me while knocked out

- im an 100% positive you meta gamed me, but you refuse to upload the full video so yeah

-today is wednesday

- my favourite food is pizza
