I was casually running down the road. I see him pull out a gun, but I tried to run away and get away, but the next turn was far. He tells me to put my hands in the air, however he doesn't tell me that if I don't listen to his command he will shoot me and kill me. Then he just straight up shoots me. I tried to resolve the issue by messaging him and asking him to come on Teamspeak however. He doesn't and I messaged him two times I have a video of me messaging him and he just doesnt respond and then leaves the server.

'Can you put your hands up for me, hands up, hands up' is lazy low effort roleplay and giving a person running full sprint 3 seconds before unloading a pistol at them is poor.
