Please (in detail) describe the incident

Lots of people chilling at advanced. I land on top of DMT to have a chat with the guys on the tower. Find out its my friend Aaron and some of his mates. I joke around with aaron and one of his friends when suddenly mid conversation I get initiated on where I can not hear the initiation what so ever. I say "What" indicating he didnt hear what he said. I then ask "what did i need to do to not get killed". I am then shot dead. Yes I did talk while he initiated, but he picked to initiate while I was talking with a guy. And when I asked what I was simply told its one warning only or something in those lines.

Talked with him on teamspeak he claimed it was not RDM.

I still disagree that this is RDM, the initiation is clearly heard which is evident in the video. Cool spoke over the initiator as he was mid sentence meaning he missed the middle but instead of doing what a normal person would do (put hands up when hearing someone initiate) he just starts wiggling on the spot and from where i am sat it looked like he isnt complying so i shot him.

They could have told me anything to be honest. I was later told that they asked me to holster my gun so even if i did place my hands up i wouldnt even be complying. I could have been asked to fly off and leave the area or whatever. Its normal that you at least make it very clear what you want people to do usually asking them 2-3 times

If you want to show us that you are not going to be a threat you should have put your hands up, even if that isnt what was said we could then have come up the tower knowing we are safe and told what to do next. You had a gun drawn and had been initiated on, any one could have just said "what" to give themselves time to get a position or some time to be ready to shoot the person initiating on you. 

It would have been stupid of us to just come out and expose ourselves when we couldnt have know if you would have shot us, which you could have as we had threatened your life.

If you want to show us that you are not going to be a threat you should have put your hands up, even if that isnt what was said we could then have come up the tower knowing we are safe and told what to do next. You didn't need to go anywhere and expose anybody but simply tell me what to do and give me time to do it. If I was going to kill anybody I wouldn't really have stayed on the roof knowing there was people in the deerstand behind me

Ive watched the video over and over thinking how it could have played out differently and ive realised that my logic is flawed in what i said when we spoke on ts, no normal person would stay on that roof part if they knew they were initiated and that their were people in the surrounding area. You would have dropped down and attempted to hold the roof.

I have been in a situation similar to this one before but i was the one initiating so i knew when it was right to shoot, in this case i dont think i was right and i was way to quick on the trigger, i wasnt told that you had asked to a question but tbh i think i probably shot before i could have been told you didnt hear the initiation.

I do believe im at fault in this situation and i apologise for it, my offer still stands for comp but i can understand if thats too late.

Yet both earlier in this post and while resolving you were certain it was not RDM. From my point of view it seems like you didnt think it was RDM untill somebody from your gang or a friend told you it was RDM and that you should apologize to attempt to save your skin, but ill leave it for staff to deal with it and they can do as they see fit.

From looking at this it seems like there were some poor communications between the gang initiating and Aaron as from the video you and Aaron look like your getting along, there is no real seriousness there but from Aaron's gang there was a completely different behaviour as they felt you was a threat and gave you multiple chances to lower your gun which you acknowledged. For this i am going to deny the report as i don't see any issue with the initiation they gave you, as you had multiple chances to comply which you disregarded down that fact you and Aaron were getting along. 

What i will say is in future @A D A M i suggest you and your gang get on the same wave length before initiating as this has caused some confusion with @Cool with the severity of the situation.
