This man shot me for no reason at devils bands, so i jumped out and thought lets speak too this man, after a min i found him, and told him to lower the gun and then holster it, but he dicided too spray the poor hobo down. No not going too waist my time in teamspeak with a kiddo like this who thinks its KOTH.

No not going too waist my time in teamspeak with a kiddo like this who thinks its KOTH.

You should always attempt to at least get their side of the story before making a report. Whilst it's not mandatory, it can highlight circumstances you may not have been aware of. Looking at the chat logs, I can see AD Harvester's own vehicle had only minutes before, come under fire and he was uncertain as to who it was. Other people in chat were also complaining about this, some guy firing randomly at cars at the same location, and the finger was pointed at a different player.  Whilst your video does show RDM, it's highly possible he assumed you were the guy that had shot at him since you came out of nowhere (from his perspective) with a rifle.  He still broke a rule by shooting without confirming who was shooting at him, but a quick chat in TS by an experienced community member as yourself, may have helped educate him, rather than action being taken on a forum report.

He could speak to me when i ask him to lower the gun, but he didnt, so in my eyes he dont take the roleplay serious, maby a troll? If you can see the chat log, you might can see why he shot a random chopper who wasnt involved and killed another guy at agios fuel station, im pretty sure they ask him on teamspeak. I had a little break from the server because i had to many shit with people to resolve spending more time in teamspeak then ingame. Thats the reason im went straight to the forums. And even he was under fire, that will not say you can shoot random cars in devils band. Its a busy road over there with loads of cars. But its up to you. Im not bothered anymore, gonna enjoy my holiday. You might can find him on teamspeak and tell him to reply on this topic. Maby I give a reply on holiday, otherwise im back in 10 days.
