Please (in detail) describe the incident: So my friend had bought a car from ace at city hall an he had payed him in cash after they had finished transferring they ran out an i decided to jump on the chance of robbing him for the cash , after running upto him and putting a gun to his head i zip tied him and drove him to a different location to rob him, once we were there i searched him at knife point (in my eyes standing next to him a knife is more dangerous in this situation due to the gun smacking people at close range) and told him what i wanted him to drop, he then was slow on dropping his stuff and pulled a knife out to try an stab me in which led to him being dead on the floor. after taking him elsewhere he asked that we take him to the hospital and he will drop his cash. As soon as he decided to check in he got straight onto his phone and began calling and texting every person he knew asking for help even text me not knowing it was me robbing him, think he may even posted for help on tweedle at the time, i think this is exploiting as ive been told you cant use your phone in hospital beds. also think he was meta gaming because he kept blagging on about how his boys were on the way the whole time. Even at the end of the whole situation when we took him to the light house to torture him abit he just didn't even try to rp his injuries or act injured at all.  I also think he was using ooc chat to find out my friends name as once he was asked something he started calling him by that in game

I've had a look at the provided footage including @Rouble's twitch VOD, I am going to try keep this as short as possible.

While Ace was in critical condition he abused the fact that he could still use his phone to call people for help while in the hospital bed, I also noticed that Ace was using OOC Chat information to find out what your name was and used that information in character, through out the entire situation Ace was failing to roleplay his injuries and just giving very poor roleplay in general which is not the quality we expect from members of the community.
