Was at the Arac Repair place figuring out where to obtain a Arac Recovery Vehicle when A.Faulkner showed up asking a simple question how to pull out his gun. Following after I trying to find the right key to draw and withdraw a firearm for A.Faulkner, following this A.Faulkner went behind me and said "You dick" then proceeded to shoot me in the back of the head and left.

Sadly the shadow play only did a short amount. But isn't the Arac Zone a Green zone?

@Ozzycazy No only a small part of the road outside it is as it. 

Anyway, unfortunately the evidence provided is not good enough due to the low sound lvls and the length of the video. 
I will therefor reject this due to lack of evidence.
