As you can see in the video linked I arrive at the drug dealer in Kavala as I have just spotted the Hemmit parked up out side, I talk to the dude abit about what hes doing there, he says he is selling flowers and unaware of any drug dealer. As he is parked out side the dealer I had reasonable suspicion to search the Hemmit so I went and did so, the Hemmit was empty (besides the MK18) and no body had sold at the drug dealer recently which leads me to believe this is also baiting as the Hemmit was empty and no one had sold, I could be wrong in saying that but I wouldnt see why a empty Hemmit would be parked outside of the dealer with friends on the hill hiding with weapons ready to shoot as fast as they did if they weren't looking for a gun fight.

After I had searched the Hemmit the guy I was dealing with told me to "Fuck off" whilst laughing so I did not take it serious (you can hear me laughing myself) so I continue to try and talk to him, few seconds later he tells me something along the lines of leave or you will be shot, I then ask for a warning shot, and little later I see a dude peak around the back of the dealer and spray me down.

I would also like to point out the man who was initiating me on was unarmed and no visible threat was shown to me hence why I asked for the warning shot.

And we did sell our drugs before you came Davy was the last truck of our convoy to sell due to his processing level, so their must be some kind of bug or something there. As I said in team speak, I believe you knew well what you were doing as you continued to execute me. 

This is not the first run in I've had with your gang which this type of role play was given to me and to be honest I'm sick of it, every time someone talks to you guys its said it wont happen again or some crap and then it continues to happen. 

I'm not a guy to report people but when this sort of stuff happens consistently it becomes not so fun.

Regarding if I want to speak, I rather not talk right now as I am rather annoyed about the whole ordeal and might talk to you sometime tomorrow if I am free.

Okay, well i'm sorry this whole situation had happened. We have talked to other members that were there towards the end of the fight, Robbie and Fade and we understand how bad this looks. From your point of view it looks like we were baiting and just wanted a gunfight but this genuinely is far from the case.

 

We had just finished a weed run and i was the last truck selling. We had 4 trucks doing the weed run and 2 more people being security. The police car had just arrived as i had sold. I am aware that you asked the drug dealer if anyone had sold and as you see,  nothing comes up. I have no idea why this happend, if it was bugged, or a time limit is on it, but we had sold 3 trucks there prior, Benjamins, mine (davy) and Danny Conway’s. We don't have proof of doing the run at all. I tried to roleplay out of it as best as i could, to make sure the police wouldn’t search my truck but it clearly didn't work. I didn't decide to just drive away and bait, or hide from the roleplay as im aware its obviously a roleplay server. But if we wanted to bait cops, it would be far easier to rob a gas station in kavala or do a HM for the frags. Which break Ascensions code of conduct, and based on the severity means i could risk my place in the gang, and everyone else's. Also, if you still don't believe we did the weed run, you can check our money graphs and see the increment in money. Lastly, to do with the whole giving another name when i'm not wanted, as a rebel it's hard to know when your wanted or not,  because sometimes when you die it refreshes your wanted list, that's if you can remember when you last died. This is why it's always safer to give an alternative name.

 

The reason I didn't want you to search the truck is because i had an illegal weapon inside and i didn't want to lose it. Had you off found out the gun was in there, chances are roleplaying out would be very slim. I properly would of been taken to the police station and maybe lose the drug money i had on me, which was well over a million. I had spent quite a while doing that run and to lose it so easily would of been a giant waste of my time. So i did my best to roleplay out of it. I don't see why the officer in this case didn't just let me go, he had no proof that I  was selling drugs, clearly the drug dealer was bugged and it didn't show my name. Nor did the trick have any drugs inside. Personally i think he should of let me off, as i was offering roleplay and not just cowering away or trying to cause a firefight.

 

With the whole “ fuck off “ thing. This was a joke, someone said in teamspeak i should say “ fuck off”  in hindsight i realise this was a joke and i wasn't actually meant to say it, but it was late and i was tired. I fancied having a bit of fun. This is why i continue to laugh throughout the encounter, as everyone on teamspeak was laughing their heads off ! it was infectious ! It was only meant as a joke and i can see how the officer also found it funny. Granted there wasn't any real need for me to say it but, usually with most of the cops i encounter it's very hard to roleplay out of something when the cop knows what actually has happened. It's far more safer and easier to just initiate as i did 3 times, gun them down and save the money. Which is what i did in the end. I saved the money, and we survived. Had the cop of just took the roleplay and not been so strict. This could've been avoided. Had he offered roleplay back and not go straight down the barrel. Had I of  roleplayed or not the officer would of still acted the same way. So i at least tried to roleplay and give him the opportunity to let me go.

 

Danny, was over aggressive in this situation, i know that he was getting frustrated that the officer hadn't left the area and that he didn't listen to the initiation. He took it in his own hands to wipe the officer out . The information that the officer wanted a warning shot i failed the relay in time to danny. Danny clearly thought that he didn't comply and he should shoot the officer, but that's for him to say. Also to do with the fact i didn't have my gun out . I really wasn't aware that i needed to have my gun out when initiating. I joined the server recently and have read the rules over, but it doesn't state anywhere that i needed to have my gun out to initiate . This is something i am now aware of after being in that situation and will take forward. As the staff that joined told me  that it was classed as fail rp . I also don't initiate to much so i wouldn't of been in a situation similar to this. My gang clearly assumed that i had my gun out . I have learnt my lesson and will make sure that i never initiate without a gun ever again. Just from this i will face punishment in my own gang, and maybe even banned from playing with them for a week.

 

Obviously this could've been avoided had i relayed the information back to Danny in time but, he had a trigger finger and properly still wouldn't of got  the information in time. I didn't have a clue that danny was just going to shoot him. I knew he was getting annoyed, but not enough to kill the officer…

 

Lastly, had the teamspeak not go and restart at 4, and the report be slightly delayed we would have spoken to you. Granted Robbie and Fade told us to do this, credit it to them, we were gonna take their advice and do it. We didn't realise the situation bothered you as much as it did. We had no idea that anyone was going to bring anything up as the situation carried on for so long, We would of expect and teamspeak message first. Not to be told a report is being made. We only had an idea it had affected you badly after Robbie and Fade joined.

 

I hope this reply, makes you understand more , our side of the story and maybe reconsider the report on us, or at least myself. I understand it wasn't the greatest situation but it happened and i cannot change that . I'm sorry.

Oliver can I say I don't know Davy was unarmed when initiating so for me I heard him initiating several times and the cop didn't comply. If I knew Davy didn't have a weapon I would have not shoot

Well since I haven't had anything back from Appleby I will be carrying on with the report. 

The roleplay is quite shocking here, first of all the guy initiates without a weapon so to that gentlemen take this as a warning. As for Danny not only did you shot of this poor initation(doesn't matter if you wouldn't of if you had known, you still shot him)you shot while the two people were talking which is horrible rp, yes they initiated but you still shot while they were talking. Ban issued.
