Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was messing around at PD when me n my mate ended up getting arrested, the officer wanted to let me go but I had other intentions, so he took me outside and I started to punch the cop with only my fists as this happens he clearly has a taser in his hand as u can see from the video as he gets up he puts the taser away and pulls a gun and starts to shoot me resulting in him killing me, now I personally believe this is a clear indication of Poor RP.

@PriceHi, 2 quick things from me. 

How come there has been no attempt to solve with the reported individual? 

Secondly, which rule are you actually reporting him for as "Poor RP" is not a rule

Firstly, I ask, Id appreciate if you would ask me to either TS or discord next time as thats probably a best route to go down, We could have had a chat and resolved it that way.

You state, "I was messing around at PD" You were in the kennel acting like a dog with your friend IMO loitering around the PD and decided to just Jump into my car and proceed to hand over cocaine and a knife. Now this to me is cop baiting as you wouldn't just hand over cocaine and a knife to a police officer for no reason.  What was your reason or was you just loitering around PD for no reason. (G6) Emergency Buildings - Loitering around emergency buildings (Police Stations, Fire Stations and Hospitals) without a valid roleplay story is not allowed.

The thing you're actually reporting me for is using my firearm on you instead of my Taser. This is not a rule break and if anything is a police issue which you should submit a complaint to the police about rather than make a complaint on the forums. 

I have nothing further to say other than I have my recording should Staff wish to see this.

 
I was at PD originally to pay off my tickets and ghost who was also there was trying to show me something as I was leaving u pulled up then resulting in the outcome, so not really a breach of G6 rule.

As for not going to TS I don't actually like to do it as it always goes back and forth and turns into an argument, and it is not a requirement to go to TS.

As for u also saying it is an in RP issue it is very Poor RP and also ruins any intention of RP to be created, as u can tell from the clip u walk me out and just ignore everything i said so u can tell u had no intentions what so ever to attempt any RP with me.

Also @Merek I know there is not official rule on Poor RP but I have been told by a few staff it is still a reportable thing.

 
Ok so you paid your tickets and then you should leave. You literally loitered around the PD and acted like a dog in the kennels. Then you or your friend said something like. Run for the garage.

Just clear cop baiting/trolling.

I believe the words were "Run the police are here" I had intentions of holding you up its as simple as that, we went paid tickets ghost was showing me a way u can get on the roof I came down saw someone in the dog pen stayed there for literally like 30 seconds then went to leave and then u pulled in.

I have been told as stated by multiple staff that Poor RP is a bannable offence therefore this is why I have made a report.

 
Ive actually got the footage and either you or your friend say "lets run in the garage" So no you wasn't leaving instead purposely trolling and loitering.

You also state "You saw someone in the Pen" This happened to be someone with the same last name of you?

Hi,

After reviewing this and consulting various members of staff. This is an in RP issue due to you telling the officer to "get smoked pussy" and repeatedly punching him knocking him to the ground and almost rendering him unconscious. I would argue this is not the greatest RP from yourself and a case of play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Please stop rule playing in these instances  as when you dropped to the ground you then tried to say why did he shoot you when you only had fists. Which I feel is you trying to make reference to it being a rule break or something that you are not happy with outside of RP
